  I am an owner of a 2022 Chevrolet suburban that I purchased just last year, and I have to say that this has been by far the biggest disappointment I have ever come across. The whole sole purpose of me purchasing a brand new vehicle was to avoid having issues and this has been a nightmare. I have been in and out of the dealership countless amounts of time which I have had to leave my vehicle in the shop and not have it in my possession for numerous months, Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall at the time of sale was friendly and insistent, ensuring vehicle quality. Now that I have had so many issues and inconveniences, they are not competent or have given me enough help. They have washed their hands with the fact that I must resolve it directly with ************** something that I find frustrating. This car has had engine, electrical, motor, and even had leakage from the roof when it rains in just one year. This car has caused me so much distress that I would not wish this on my worst enemy. If I could give anyone a piece of advice it would be to NEVER purchase there. At this point my vehicle has been getting serviced more than I have actually had a chance to drive it.

  My dad and my fianc bought a Traverse 2023 from this location on April 1st. By April 27th the steering wheel got stuck while we were driving with my newborn son and by the ***** of God we are safe. It was taken in by tow to service department, it is apparently an electrical problem. The car was in for a week and May 5th it was returned under allegedly perfect conditions, the service department left a scratch by the drivers door arm rest, and less than 24hrs after the brand new car broke down AGAIN. We waited on May 6th for the tow truck to get to ** for 6hrs, each hour they said itd only be 24 minutes which Im assuming was GMs responsibility on that and Im just terribly upset with the factory and the dealer overall. All negotiations made by the sales manager were absolutely ridiculous as all would affect our credit report and wed have to pay approximately $5k more due to the dealer buying back the devalued car and ** NEEDING to refinance another otherwise no deal even after having had given a $5k down payment. We are against the wall. The rental accommodation we got sent to was so far from our house and only offered sedans at the moment when we are a numerous family which at first was the reason we got the Traverse. Im tired of struggling with something that was meant to accommodate **. We dont want this car we dont want anything to do with this dealer. I know nobody cares about personal problems when it comes to business but on top of all this my fianc is facing deportation unjustly, our case has made it to the news outlets, I am exhausted of fighting through everything. Im staying behind with 2 kids and cannot afford to keep paying for this car that came damaged from factory and weve quite literally barely driven in it.

  Horrible Service. Waited for part for several months. Got it installed GPS antenna. Didnt work. Now I have to bring it back so they car run more test on the telematics. Paid 200 dollars for oil change and tire rotation and they never checked the tire pressure. Very disappointed. Paid a lot of money for my truck and they cant even provide the service that I paid for. Will never return.

  ********* shoemaker or whatever his name is very unprofessional I will never take my car here for service again out of pocket 2000.00 and my car is still not working
