      Course wasn't didactic, I did some part of it but then had a health issue and when I wanted to continue (yes, it was after 12 months) they didnt take this in consideration and they made repay all the course again which of course I wont do. DONT USE THEM. There are much better and courses out there with a better system and a much better customer service.I had some log in trouble and they never could help me with it.

      We reviewed your case internally.

      You purchased the course on November 3, 2021.  
      Based on the email support ticket, you had an issue logging into the course a second time.  This was due to a typo you made in your email address when creating your RealEstateU account.
      The issue was corrected and you continued to take the first of six courses.  You made it to chapter 10 of the first course on December 12, 2021.
      You asked for a refund on January 30, 2022; however, we couldn't issue the refund as it had been more than 30 days since you purchased.

      Yesterday, we received your email where you tried to continue the course; however, your course access is only available for 12 months from the date of purchase.

      This is why we offered an extension payment to continue your courses from where you left off.
      Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund.

      Date of transaction : 1/21/23 at 12:09 am Paid: $79.00 I contacted customer service at 12:14 am Because the course is not as described. Theres no audio or visual components to this course. I have a visual impairment, and that is required for me to utilize the services. The company advertises a 30 day refund. The customer service representative will not honor the 30 day refund. The company is using fraudulent taxes to learn and customers. The product is inaccessible and they are using divisive means to take funds from on expecting consumers.

      I completed the course and needed to take my final exam. I contacted the company to reschedule or see what my options were to take the test because I recently found out I tested for Covid. I understand they have laws to abide by but I shouldnt have to pay for another course because of an health emergency. The representatives are very insensitive and gave me no options and if I have to restart I rather go somewhere else where they have better options and resources for their customers. I shouldnt have to pay if I cant complete my final exam.

      Considering your course expires on January 18th, we can extend your course access for another 2 or 3 weeks to allow you to recover the prepare for your second attempt.

      I took the ************** Real Estate License course through Real ********************** U. I spent my whole summer studying for hours, taking practice tests, making flashcards, etc. I noticed many typos and mistakes throughout this whole course, the ending practice tests had questions with answers that couldnt even be associated with that certain question. The chapters were locked so you could only get to the next chapter if you passed the end test, at the time that I started I was working and was also trying to do school, I asked for a refund and they said you can only get a refund within thirty days, but the typos and mistakes were all towards the middle of the chapters which after thirty days I was barely on chapter 5 probably, because some of these chapters were extremely long by the time I noticed them it was too late. I studied so hard spent so much of my time and ultimately failed my final exam both times I took it, after being so confident and then also stating if you can pass their practice exams youll pass the final exam. I passed the practice exams with flying colors but when it came to the final exam there were questions about nothing that I had learned about, heard, or seen throughout the course. Theres a ************** you get added in when you start the course, countless amounts of people have all stated the same things as I have about how bad this course is. I believe its a complete scam for money and theyre not actually trying for people to pass their final exam they just want the money. The moderators of the ******** page would delete any posts from people who were telling the ugly truth/negative parts of the course, so nobody could see it. I am so disappointed with this whole course and would just like my money back as it is so frustrating to spend so much time and money on something just for it to turn out to be a scam or money game. The final exam was nothing like the course and the questions were nothing I had learned, I just want my money back. Thankyou

      I've taken their final exam twice the first time my time was scheduled at 2: 20 p.m. I didn't take the test until 7:00 p.m. because of technical issues and not being able to log on. After the kiss was completed I was so mad and upset I reached out to them I was like there's no way whatsoever you're stating that I missed no no way possible no way possible so upon that I stated to myself wow that was really easy they were really easy questions and some of the questions was on there twice which made no sense but nevertheless same wording same question on there twice so I took the second exam same issue you will see that the mic works and the camera works but the computer is not compatible to the system so they downloaded a extension. With this being said and me taking the first test knowing I counted the questions that I even expected to be questionable and when I tell you it wasn't even 10 that I was questionable on not even seeing I counted them up I went up and I went down the screen and counted them before I could even complete the test I already had an email in my inbox offer me of course again when I stated to them they are well aware what they're doing because I received an exam from ******* again to take exam I wasn't sure if they were offering to retake it because of the technical issues are not but based on the representative from real estate you know they were not offering that and what they were offering with another course both times on my test I have technical issues so much soul that you ******* was only downloaded once on my computer but yet it shows over ***************************************************************************************** pop back up as if it's there I reached out to the company and explained to them if the computer is not compatible does it reflect my answers because I knew those answers I explained to them that I was going to come to the better Business bureau along with Georgia commissioner and all they cared about was the cours

      The student is complaining about the final exam proctoring which is hosted by another third party provider ProctorU.

      RealEstateU does not have control over the proctoring session and/or any technical issues that *** arise on the student's end.

      We checked the exam logs on ProctorU's side and the exams seem to have worked ok where the onboarding and exam submissions were successful: https://www.screencast.com/t/8RN3ichmv

      The student attempted the final exam twice and failed the exam. The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires that students who fail both attempts to re-take the course from the beginning. 

      Although this can be frustrating this is a state requirement that all students must abide by.

      The student re-purchased the course on 26th Aug 2022 and has 12 months to complete her course and re-attempt her final exam.

      Kashandrell *******, although proctoru isn't real estate u they are affiliated together and again I stated before the exam was completed they already sent me that renewal and if you look at the time of the test you can also see that right when the gentleman was still talking to me that exam to renew the courts have been already completed and I know that this is for the better Business bureau is going to investigate and that's okay because the commissioner is also going to look into this thank you.

      The customer's answer is ambiguous and unclear. 

      In addition, when someone fails an exam twice our support team is alerted to that fact. In turn the support team send an email letting students know they can repurchase the course at a heavily discounted rate and can start from the beginning.

      No final exam answers are pre-filled so we are not sure what the client is talking about.

      In the interest of efficiency we propose to provide a full refund for the re-purchase fees. If the client agrees to this then this case can be closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I can understand if I truly feel the test but that's not the case and I don't believe that I failed it either I don't have a problem with accepting facts but again all through the test with ******* they were stating that they were issues on my end even the gentleman stated that that was watching me so if there is a problem during the test what problem if this is a center that only take tests and watch you at your taking them what problems if they were able to see me they were able to hear me what other problems could have occurred that would affect the test the reason they kept repeating that and again those questions on there were very easy and for them to sit up and just act like oh she feel as I stated if you look at the time of the gentleman finishing up the test and the accuracy of them submitting that respond to buy another program from them if before the time so did you already know I was going to fill the test beforehand because you sent it before we even got offline with the gentleman so that's what I'm stating and if you know that there's an issue at hand why not say that instead of allowing the student to take the test it doesn't make any sense if in fact there is a issue on my behalf is what they stated but you can see me you can hear me what other issue could affect the test explain that and you guys are affiliated with ******* and you know you are both of you guys were sending me back to back the same thing as I stated. And I know that we're not going to go anywhere we're going to go back and forth back and forth but yes I'm making this record because I know that this is the issue that you guys are well aware of I know that you're not going to allow me to retake afternoon that they were issues on both tests one test took me 5 hours to even log on if there's not an issue why five hours to log on the second says had the same problems and it still stuck on my computer even with me deleting everything but there is no issues on your behave it's just on mines get the ******* worker is just telling me it's issues yeah I understand 5 hours to even get started on the test that was the first time and then the second time everything was still left up you cannot delete ******* off my computer how do they take over your computer completely even after you delete it and shut them down it pops right back up but it's no issue on my computer you're right you guys are never going to take responsibility unless somebody hold you accountable so that's why I'm making this report to the better Business bureau if there is any more issues with any other people I hope they come forward because I know that what you're doing is not right.
