Truly a great company. Very intricate with a lot of detail. The communication level they have is 10/10, anytime I had a comment/concern I would email them and receive an email back within the hour, during business hours. Recommend !!! The Class is going great. You can complete course at your path as long as you complete before your expiration date of 1 year. You have several way to access the course. Just completed my First part and have taken test which I passed and continuing to second part. It is a great program to enter and a great field. **************** was great and assisted me all the way to end of testing. Thank you!Real Estate U Online, LLC

The classes were great easy to follow also I bought on Groupon for lower then the price on the website and still had a best experience of if I payed full price I even got the perp exams for a great deal I definitely recommend looking on Groupon to see if the deal is still happening all that's left is the *** Exam which I did recently my email on a Tuesday not MondayReal Estate U Online, LLC

I am so shocked with the customer service I received from Real ********************** U. The online course itself is good and I have completed the 90 hour courses and pass both exams and waiting for the eligibility to schedule the real exam with PSI. I only receive below email from Real Estate U:We will report your pre-licensing education completion to PSI on Monday early morning. Once processed you by their system you will receive the exam eligibility email and you will be able to proceed with scheduling the state licensing exam.You can schedule by Phone, email or online:I waited three business days and still have not received the exam eligibility email so I reached out to their support email. I have sent 5 emails back and forth asking the instructions on how to obtain eligibility to register and schedule the exam with PSI. The answer was provided in pieces. I was first provided by this customer service with a link to register ********************* here. Then I completed and I reached out again asking what is the next step. I got an answer saying around 2 business days, it will be accepted. Then I asked, will I receive an email confirming it is accepted so I could go in and schedule the test and if there is instruction provided on how to schedule or a link showing my eligibility for me to register. The answer I received is this: We do not know the contents of the emails you receive from AMP. This is so frustrating. I've been waiting for three days to be eligible to register and schedule and have not received any proper guidance. The customer service is terrible. I have no idea what are the next steps. Still don't know if I will receive an email notifying me got accepted and eligible to schedule the test. I will not recommend this to any of my friends and will post the review elsewhere to let more people be aware.Real Estate U Online, LLC

We appreciate your candor in explaining your experience with scheduling the licensing exam. When our students pass their course final exams, we report the completion data to PSI on specific days. Some states require this data and additional information to determine eligibility for the licensing exam. Typically, PSI processes this information within 48 hours, but unfortunately, unexpected delays can sometimes impact a students ability to schedule their exam.
