      I purchased this course to become a realtor in a neighboring state New York, I live in New Jersey. When I was going through the requirements set by New York state ( I was directed there from the course ( a direct link for requirements) I saw that in order to take the New York state exam I needed a current valid New York State License, I immediately emailed the support email to get a refund.( I signed up and started this course and discovered this all within the last 4 hrs) The representative emailed back that I did not need a current license and that I could continue or be issued a refund minus $20.00 for admin fees! I explained and sent the requirements from the NYS website. I again asked for a full refund as I am unable to do anything with this course. A few minutes later I got an email that my account was suspended and then I got another email that they went ahead and issued a refund minus the $20.00!!!! This seems like a **** to me and I will be making a claim for the full amount with my bank. I only requested a refund because According to the NYS Realtor website I do not have all the requirements to take the test.

      New Jersey does not offer reciprocity with New York; however, if you hold an active NY real estate salesperson's license, NJ may waive their pre-license course requirement, which means you only have to pass the NJ state licensing exam and apply for an NJ license.



      Also, please note that you were actually provided a full refund. Please allow for 5 to 10 business days for the full amount (including a $20 admin fee) to see on your credit card statement.

      I would just like everyone to please search high and low before even thinking of using this course. I studied all the material. I literally hand wrote all the questions from the practice exams all 4. Which had passed 24 times. Taking each test multiple times. Drilling the verbage and understanding into my head. Only to fail the final test. I even wrote down all the definitions from there study guide on index cards and consistently read them. They have no explanation how maybe 5% of the questions from the practice EXAMS ? Are on the real test. If I could give them no starts I would. Please read this. **********************. They want you to fail so they can charge you the cheaper price to retake. What a sincere disappointment. I was extremely confident going onto this with the material they gave me. Wow was I wrong. Funny thing is I just passed to the mock state exam with a tutor with flying colors. Please RUN from this money hungry establishment.

      We are sorry to see you did not do well on your course final exam. The information you need to be prepared for the final exam is all covered in the course. Specifically you need to know the key-terms which you can find in your Glossary in the Orientation section.
      The practice exam questions you are referring to are part of the State Exam Prep course and they are meant to prepare you for the state exam (for which as you mentioned you passed a state exam mock test with flying colors). Please do not confuse the two exams.
      The state allows two attempts at passing the school final exam. That is mandated by the state and all schools have to abide by this rule. If failing twice the student will have to re-take the ** licensing course from the beginning. We offer you a significant discount so you can re-start the course given you failed your final exam twice. In order to satisfy your education requirements you must complete the 77 hour course, pass the final exam and pass the state exam. We are rooting for you and understand how deflating it can be not passing the exams the first time around. We are certain you will do well the second time around.

      Studied for countless hours for months just to fail the course twice. Most of the questions I did not see on the quizzes I studied or on the study guide. Spent so much time away from my family to just fail. Very disappointed!

      Taking a look at your course progress we see you had several tries at passing the chapter quizzes which generally indicates that it is best to go back and review the lessons to ensure better understand the concepts. 

      It is important to understand the key terms you see in the Glossary (under the Orientation section). You don't have to learn them by heart but it is imperative you have a good understanding of each one and what they stand for.

      If I could go back in time, I would choose a different course. This course has over ***** practice quiz and test questions which I memorized thoroughly, yet I did not pass the actual real estate exam. With that many questions, I should have passed with flying colors, but the course practice barely even covers half of what's on the actual test. This is just ridiculous. I suggest joining ******** groups and looking through ******* videos for better options! I wish I had known.

      We are sorry to hear you did not pass your state exam. Looking at your course progress we noticed you were mostly focusing on taking the chapter quizzes. You did not spend much time going through the course lessons.

      It is imperative you spend time really going through the course materials to learn and understand the key concepts. The Orientation section also includes a few Workbooks which you are encouraged to print and take notes while going through the courses. That will ensure you will be thoroughly prepared for the exam.

      Please don't give up and try again. We are sure you will do great.
