      Hello, I contacted this company to help me choose night lenses for my daughter. the service was not provided at all because the lenses did not fit, my eyes were burning and the lenses were causing severe pain

      Thank you for providing feedback. I understand the lenses are causing discomfort and we do not want that to be the case. Please come in to the office to see the doctor and he will see if there are other options outside of the specialty lenses she is currently wearing. There are people that do not tolerate these lenses, but we are definitely willing to work through this with you. I will have the office staff reach out to you to schedule a follow up.
