This company is operating illegally and unethically. They booted my car in a handicap-designated space without any visible sign stating it's private property or that payment is required not even for disabled drivers.Thats against the law. Florida law requires clear signage if restrictions or payments are enforced. Without it, booting is an abuse of power. They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have multiple complaints for similar shady behavior. These people prey on confusion and take advantage of others. Beware they dont follow the law.

The BBB should close this business it is a complete scam how many bad reviews you need to close this company that the only thing it does is to scam people. The only way of payment is cash or Zelle. Probably they dont even report taxes on this cash payment.

I parked my car in a spot without any signage indicating that parking was prohibited. I went to a restaurant called ************, and when I returned, my car was booted. I had to pay $62.50 to have the boot removed. This is absurd because if there had been signage, I wouldn't have parked there. I have photos of where I was parked. I paid only because I was with my family, and calling the police would have taken too long.I want a receipt for what I paid.

Scratched up my $800 wheels after spending less than ten minutes at the shop. Laughed at my face when I told him he scratched it and would not talk to me no matter how politely I asked him questions.
