    I started as an employee for $18 an hour and after a two days they told me that my pay was going to be $15 an hour take it or leave it, the manager *** did not let me speak with the owner ********* at any given point and has basically made me waste my time and reject other job opportunities, sadly it is not illegal in ******* but It doesn't come close to a professional nor serious place.     I received surgery on 3/12/2024 I was treated absolutely HORRIBLE since Day 1! I was told and guaranteed I would receive certain services. When I got there Dr. * stated he told my coordinator ****** 2 days prior to my arrival he couldnt perform those procedures. I was not advised of this until the morning of surgery. The coordinator never mentioned any of this to me! Not even 10 days after surgery my tummy tuck incision opened up.I am unable to walk , currently in wound vac therapy in which the doctor/nurse ***** had zero care in the world of what happened to me. I spoke with this doctor a total of 3 times since the incision opened and that was only because I contacted them! Other than that they would never call me . Due to this I was no longer comfortable with coming back for a second round of procedures due to the terrible bedside manner and after care patient follow up. Per the Doctor the reason my incision opened because I was just Too Big in that case why did he even perform the surgery? This is Neglect and this doctor ****** care! I requested a refund the beginning of April and still have yet to receive my money! These people are crooks and con artists and do not deserve the jobs they have! I have waited over 5 weeks for a refund I still have yet to receive! Save yourself money, time and energy do not allow these people to work on your body! They lie and tell you someone will call you back and you never receive a call back from these people! Its absolutely horrible to treat people like this! I completed all of the refund forms and still have yet to receive my money.

    This bussiness is a **** they are open to take your money ..... they switch drs 3 times with me they were trying to force a Dr that does not specialize in face . They took my deposit plus money I was giving towards my surgery. When I try to speak to someone the manager is in a meeting this place should be close and out of bussiness worst experience ever

    Everything and everyone was great until the day of surgery. I was the first surgery of the day and waited 3 hours for the doctor to come out. With IV in hand (which they put in so hard my blood immediately backed into the line), I found out I was not a candidate and that my doctor was NEVER given my pictures to review beforehand, as stated by him. Even though this was THEIR bad practice, I was told they keep my deposit and that it would take 30 days to refund my money per policy. BBL pillow and lymphatic massages all purchased at their counsel and $600.00 in additional expenses lost at their negligence. They tried to get me to do the different surgeries, but I can never trust my body again to people who don't even know the surgery your doing. Lastly, and unrelated to the actual service, the people were nice, but the energy in that place was down right evil. All I can say is do not sign over the rights to your body without being sure this place is for you. No cosmetic surgery is worth your life/soul.**Update 1/20/23** 30 days later, no reimbursement. Contact with no response. Call the office and no one is available. It appears I will now have to pay for an attorney to get my money back. Waiting until the end of the day to call channel 10 and BBB. This is ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT place!
