    Have had the same complaint since 2018 about the trees in ************ (*****, **), but the office won't acknowledge or even answer emails now. They've just raised the *** costs and will not acknowledge the residents. The pool has been closed for almost a year due to violations. We are located in ***** and the children (or adults) are not able to use the pool. Security is nowhere to be found on the premises. The staff at the office is short and rude. Not sure what the answer is for this place. ***** whom is part of the association on the resident's side also is not helpful and rude as well.We're pretty peaceful and law abiding residents, but we are (amongst other members of the community) frustrated about not getting answers to our problems, which aren't many.Trees are and have been an issue in our community, security is an issue, pool is now an issue and most of all, the administration is the biggest issue. We just want to live in peace in a nice, quiet, clean place. Would give 0 stars if that was possibility. Very sad to not have a reliable administration to solve these minor issues. As residents we are forced to pay a lot of pocket as our monthly *** payments go awry. We just want some solutions and sadly are stuck in a circle of non-responsive, rude, unavailable administration stafff at Professional Management & Association Service.

    Arbor Courts is full of large trees which are trimmed annually as part of the maintenance. At times root pruning is done as well as needed to prevent sidewalk damage. The trees are addressed as needed an in order of priority. The last tree trimming was completed last year. The Hoa Fees were increased last year to cover the increased insurance costs. This was explained in the Budget meeting last year in April 2023 and again this year just a few weeks ago. The insurance increase is out of our control. The pool is closed for repairs. The repairs were required by the County and ****************** of ******* The repairs cannot be done while the pool is open. The repairs require plans and permitting all which have been done already. Obtaining approval from both the ************* of ****** and the ************************** is challenging and takes time. Repairs should be finished soon and the pool is expected to reopen later this month. Please contact the office via email to report issues with the security so we can address them.     Professional Management's intentions are not to invade anyone's privacy. We are hired by the Association to enforce their rules, regulations and Governing Documents. We are not aware of the details resulting in you feeling invasion of privacy, but it seems you received a violation for not abiding by the Association's ****** ********* Association living is not for everyone but those that choose to live in one must follow the ******

    Terrible management company. They are never in the office, never answer phones and take weeks to respond to emails.
