1 starA local man made his way onto the resort. He told me he was from St. **** and when I asked him if he was staying there, he said no. This man got extremely drunk over the course of the day. He then proceeded to dance inappropriately by the pool and THEN HE TOUCHED HIMSELF (yes, hands down his pants touching himself). My daughters and I felt soooo violated as this took place right in front of us! This man also started asking young females to pick up his drink for him and he harassed me verbally at one point. Again, staff did nothing to remove this man. In fact, he wandered into Neptunes (a la carte restaurant) at around 8:30 pm, barefoot and still in the same bathing suit, got 2 glasses of wine and then walked to a room that appeared to be blacked out (vacant) to drink his beverages. The very frustrating part of this event is that staff did nothing about this man! They actually aided his effort by slipping him a room key (we watched). I am leaving a lot many details!!Departure day - my AirPods went missing and I alerted the staff from the airport but they could not find them. I insisted they check the video footage and miraculously after an investigation which took 48 hours, I was informed that my AirPods were found on the patio (which is odd considering that not once did I have them on the patio for the duration of our trip). I now have to ship them back from ******* at my expense. Finally, our ride to the airport, arranged by Beaches was extremely scary! Our driver - ***** - did not speak to us once on the drive. He went into ************* and stopped at two different gas stations (made calls at each) before turning back towards the resort to get in the toll route. Once on the toll route, we flew to the airport, reaching our destination in about 40 mins. When we arrived, he dumped our bags on the sidewalk and drove off quickly without even closing the passenger door (it slid shut with the speed in which he took off). 1 starSandals South Coast Where to begin...This resort did a horrible job organizing my wedding. We were promised a garden wedding over a year ago, when we arrived to tour our ceremony space the wedding planner told us that we could no longer have it. My state side wedding planner was able to make things right but I could not believe this... Their solution was to do an over the water chapel and advised I would have to pay MORE! Unbelievable when this was their mistake.I learned that Island Routes is owned by Sandals. We had booked a private catamaran ride for our wedding group. Well on this day sandals canceled all water sports YET the captain of the boat said we can proceed with the catamaran ride. He told my friend who was pregnant she could not go ( thankfully she did not) The water was extremely rough! Several people on board were sea sick due to water conditions and a guests phone was ruined. My mother in law was so violently sick due to the water that we had to request a wheel chair when we docked. I made a complaint to Island Routes later on and was told the captain took NO NOTES! I expressed how the captain practiced poor judgment which led to a poor excursion on our wedding weekend. I urged them to check the sandals water sport log to show a stop to water sports this day and to check cameras showing my mother in laws condition. They did not check anything other than the captains notes. Sandals offered a small voucher which wouldn't even cover half of a 4 night stay. Island routes did nothing. This was such an unfortunate wedding experience. I would not recommend anyone get married at this resort.I still believe Island Routes needs to investigate this complaint.Review fromMark D

1 starSandals Wedding Photos ---- 2023 We got married in August 2022 and we only got our "printed" photos that we paid for 16 MONTHS later and they offered "no discount or refund". Photos were promised to be delivered to us in *** from Antigua in "about a month" but we got nothing after 2 months so we started inquiring and were assured they were handling it. But many months later and still no photos. We finally got notified that they were processing our lost order 15 months later. We asked for a partial refund, being we already had to repurchase the same photo prints from a reliable vendor, for our photo books and frames around the home. We CANNOT believe that Sandals thinks delivering photos 16-MONTHS LATE does not warrant a refund.Review fromTerry V

Very upset ?? have been trying to reach Management for almost 2-weeks because I was quoted the wrong price based on 4nights and it should have been 3 nights. I asked them to correct this but they said they would have to charge me the current rate and not what I initially booked eventhough I paid a down-payment early to get lock-in a special rate. I have continously been trying to speak with a Mr. ******* ******** whose name was given to me by my neice that the Re-tieing-of-knot ceremony is to take place 11/11/2023 for her and her husband. I have called numerous times giving the extension for him 4382. I left messages and my neice sent Mr. ******** emails regarding this. Early this morning I received a notification from my bank that Sandals tried to take $3,400.70 from my account which I did not give permission for nor did I have that amount in my account. This amount is incorrect and the reservation was in 1 other person's name and myself. They tried to take the full amount only from me. My neice started out with at least 50 people coming to her event but because of the poor customer service and inaccurate information provided by various agents it'snow only 10 whichincludestheBride, Groomand their child. The original booking agent left and no new agent was assigned to the party. I've been trying to get this resolved because I'm supposed to be performing for this event. I would really like to get this resolved because the final payment is due today!Review fromLinda S

1 starMy husband and I have planned our 20 year wedding anniversary for 2 & 1/2 years now. We booked a retie the knot ceremony. We have been reassigned wedding coordinators 3 times. Each time that they’re changed, important original planned information was not communicated to the new coordinator. Things that were selected for the ceremony were lost in notes of the former planners. Many selections for the ceremony were left out. In addition, our assigned booking agent left and we were not reassigned a new agent. I was never informed of this change from the company. I learned of it from my guest as they called to try and book. Many of them were told different information like they would have to split their stay, the blocked out rooms were not available, all rooms were sold out etc. This resulted in many guest not booking. Now we are down to the wire and I am very worried. I received a call today that she received a text over night from her bank stating that Sandals was attempting to withdraw $3900.00 from her bank account without her permission.Review fromChris N

1 starWe planned this for a year and saved up for our 35 year anniversary and it started off from day 1 as bad. Services called me to introduce themselves was a bad experience. This room was lacking in major up-dating. We felt like it was the 90's. The bed was subpar, we looked at the mattress date and it was **** and the pillow topper was falling apart. We should have packed up and left and canceled the rest of the trip. But we did ask the front desk and they said it was to late to cancel. We were stuck. As you can see this trip was NOT LUXURY in any way.We are requesting at minimum $4000 refund back to our credit card This is for the services were not provided in any way.Why could the resort not just have called and explained the situation with the previous weather and power issues the weeks prior and offered to reschedule or a credit due to the water, golf resort was not usable at all.We are requesting a credit back. Please reach out, we have yet to hear from anyone from Sandals yet except to try and sell us a membership.Review fromKristi C

5 starsAfter a perfect storm incident regarding our upcoming vacation, the Sandals team were so helpful getting us all sorted out and back on track! I am so thankful for the help and for the outcome to still be able to go on vacation. I was looking at losing so much money already paid for flights and the resort and they were able to get me moved around and squared up! Can't wait to book our next trip to Sandals.Review fromDaniel R

1 starWe were downgraded a room on our first night because our room was not available. They told us we were upgraded to a ****** room for a night but we werent allowed to have a ******. So realistically we were just put in a smaller room without a view. We were without a room until 3:00 the next day. The food was absolutely microwaved and disgusting. We were unable to make a reservation for any of the restaurants that required them due to the system being down so we were limited in where we were able to eat for our entire stay. The beach chairs were old and gross with bird c*** all over them and locals constantly standing in front of you trying to get your attention. We could not make reservations to enjoy anything, again, due to the systems being down. It was a disgusting excuse for an all inclusive luxury resort. I would like some sort of refund amount. It was pathetic!!Review fromKim M

1 starI have been a dedicated Sandals Select Member since 2015 but their recent service has declined dramatically. I paid for a honeymoon for my son and wife. Service was sub par at Sandals Antigua. I went on vacation with my husband to ******* *********** and the service and experience was subpar. Both trips were in 2022. We recognize businesses have had to change since pandemic but their prices have not and this is not consistent with other large travel companies. We are going to cancel our upcoming two booked trips and request full refunds due to their lack of response to our inquires and dramatically declined service, food quality and experience. So disappointing.
