    False advertising indicated unlimited miles available. Once you get to book, you have to pay for additional miles.Claimed it was not available in the **. Nowhere is this stated on their website.

    This was the worst rental agency I have ever experienced in my life. Not only were multiple things broken when we arrived to our vehicle and the toilet was not dumped, but they're "premium" insurance policies were incredibly vague and charged us for damage in a roadside accident despite paying for coverage. In addition, all of there customer service is via WhatsApp. While we were stranded on the road, I couldn't get anyone on the phone who could help us. I was texting through WhatsApp with delayed responses. We waited for 4 hours before a tow truck could come and then we had to arrange our OWN transportation home while paying for damages despite having the highest insurance. I will never rent from this company again and highly encourage others to look elsewhere.

    Rented an off-grid van and either solar or battery did not work. All my food spoiled. They suggested I go buy a fridge (to plug in where?) and wanted me to take a day of my trip to drive back to ******* to a repair shop. I had paid for premium insurance which states it provides alternate vehicle. They offered me $80 and a discount toward another trip - absolutely not!! Do not rent from this company!!

    Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Would give them a 0 star review if possible. Flew into ****** to rent one of their vehicles for the week- received a call one hour before pickup stating they were canceling our reservation- leaving us stranded with nowhere to sleep ***** miles from home. Offered no options as a solution. Horrible customer service. Run from this company.
