    I received a call from a customer service representative today, 6/23/23. The representatives name sounded like ****** or *******, ext. ****, and they called about an upcoming auto renewal charge for a security code that is expiring due to a legal contract they claim that I signed, which I have no record of signing.They said I was going to be charged $1,999.99 unless I call back today as today is the deadline to cancel, however, the phone number they called from was not reachable, the customer service number I have is out of service, and I can find no contact information to call or email and speak to customer service. I DO NOT authorize this charge, I need to cancel any service or charges anticipated as I can not even reach this company to receive any service in the first place. This is not a trustworthy business practice.CANCEL. Do not charge me.Contact me by phone and written email to confirm this cancellation has been completed. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well due to not being able to contact the company in any way, until finally locating this email now.I did not authorize any further charges to be issued and will not accept them. Do not attempt to charge me and remove any charge account information you may have on file for me. I did not authorize my account information to be held on file.Again, confirm in writing that I will not be charged with a cancellation receipt, and confirm in the email that my charge account information has been removed.Attached is the receipt I received when I first had tech service performed. As I cannot now receive any service I cannot be charged for any services. Cancel.

    We have made direct communication with the customer and have cleared all the doubts he has unfortunately customer has come up in contact with some other company that try to trick him into paying a large sum of money we have helped the customer to clear all his doubts and helped with the computer cleanup as well so we request to close this case now as our customer has no further issues.
