    This business SNS Technology supposedly setup a lifetime antivirus protection in August of 2022. January 25th 2023 my browser was hijacked. I called a McAfee distributor. He accessed my laptop and said there was no antivirus protection on my laptop at all. He showed this to me. I had to purchase another license. The McAfee distributor cleaned my laptop of the virus and set up McAfee protection. I logged into my McAfee account and the new license was there. I reviewed the history of the McAfee licenses and it show only the 30 day trial license when I purchased the laptop. I called a McAfee representative to be sure that I really had the license and was protected this time. I called SNS Technology and asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds after 30 days. How convenient since they never put it on my laptop in the first place. Unfortunately, this all came about when I purchased Microsoft Office. Stay away SNS Technology LLC. They take your money and give you nothing. The only reason there is a 1 Star rating is you can't leave a review with no stars.
