      December 19,2022 $246.57 ******** series **** air precleaner Invoice # ****** Never receive the item, 3 weeks after purchase I receive tracking # from **** level was created but waiting on item. I have contacted them threw ******** messenger on jan 6 asking info about the item. They keep telling me we have send the seller info about this packet till I just gave up n ask for refund the provided me email February 8 even since then they keep telling me the same we have contact the other party about this *********** are currently waiting on there response. I keep waiting n days go by n go back n ask info ************** respond is the same. I have told them this is ridiculous I have been asking since jaunty 6 n your response is the same we have contacted the other party we are waiting on their response.

      We would like to apologize for the delay in resolving this refund.

      Our team received a tracking number (******************************) from the manufacturer as soon as this item was shipped. When customer alerted us that the item never arrived, we promptly contacted the manufacturer and did our best to trace the package. Unfortunately, carriers like **** often take longer to respond. After their investigation was completed, confirmed that the package was never scanned and was lost in transit.

      We understand how inconvenient this may have been for the customer and we are very sorry for any extended delay.

      We have issued a full refund.

      I made a purchase to ****** beast on 1/20 for a set of lights and hardware in the amount of ****** . I received the product on 1/27 and it was missing the brackets and hardware to install the lights so I wrote an email to customer service. **************** on the website specifically said no phone calls only emails, and got back to me on 1/30 ( closed on weekends) asking for pictures of the box. I provided them with the photos of the boxes and product and they got back to me saying they would have a resolution the next day.its since been radio silence and a few days later. Ive emailed again asking for the product that I paid for so I can install with no answer.

      Hello BBB,

      Customer contacted us on January 27th as the product he received  was missing pieces. This was on Friday evening. We replied to the customer on Monday January 30th as TCMBST is closed on weekends.

      We requested a picture of the product trying to determine if the missing parts might have fallen off during transit or if instead the box was missing the parts from factory.

      The images were received, it was confirmed the box wasn't damaged and the product was indeed incomplete; and customer was informed that we were working on his case. There are some protocols we are required to follow.

      The replacement order was arranged, and he was informed February 2nd that it has been shipped. Picture attached of the email sent to customer providing him with tracking details.

      STAY AWAY FROM ****** BEAST I purchased headlights from ****** Beast for $500 and they arrived with no light bulbs and scratched. The listing did not state no bulbs were included. I reached out to them for a refund and they don't do full refunds no matter what so I was going to lose money regardless. I had to pay $140 to have them shipped back to Tacoma Beast. Once Tacoma Beast received the headlights they said they wouldn't refund me anything because they can't resell the headlights. They also offered to send them back to me but I would have to pay for shipping. They are a complete scam and won't refund you even if it's their fault. Refund policies speak volumes towards what they think of their products and customers. Don't waste your time.

      Regarding this complaint, we would like to provide further explanation.

      The customer contacted us on October 15th stating that the Head Lights he purchased from our company on October 4th didn't include the bulbs. We explained to him that the lights didn't include them and they were designed to re-use the factory bulbs.

      ******************** expressed the desire of returning the Head Lights as he was looking for one set of lights that would bring LED lights as he was not satisfied with his current ones.

      We contacted the supplier and initiated an ***# ( Return Merchandise Authorization Number ). Once this number was issued, we contacted the customer on October 19th with the complete return instructions as per our return policy, the customer was responsible for the return shipping cost and for a 20% restocking fee.

      On October 24th, ******************** contacted us letting us know the lights were shipped back and provided us with the return tracking number.

      On October 25th, the supplier notified us  the lights were received but after inspection, they noticed the lights have scratches on the lens; there fore the return (***) was denied. as lights can not be restock. Images from lights attached for reference.

      On October 25th, we emailed the customer letting him know about the findings  (scratches). Customer replied stating they lights were received like that and he assumed that since the lights didn't bring the bulbs that they were defective and that he was given a used set of lights, so he never mentioned to us the scratches,

      We then explained to ******************** that our lights shipped in perfect un-used condition from the supplier's warehouse and that they lights were not defective, they just do not bring bulbs as they re-use the factory ones. And since the scratches were never mentioned prior to sending them back, the return was not accepted.

      There were a couple emails more where we were explaining to ******************** the *** policies and  letting him know the Tacomabeast team was here to help in any way possible.

      I am rejecting this response because: 


      Tacoma Beast did not accurately advertise the product to begin with. They then sent me scratched headlights with no bulbs. If the headlights came with bulbs I wouldn't have said anything about the scratches as they did not bother me to begin with. I never thought to mention the scratches as i was more concerned about the fact that the headlights arrived with no bulbs. Once I returned the item they wouldn't issue any kind of refund. Their policy clearly states refunds will be issued with a 20% restocking fee. I was okay with the 20% restocking fee as that is what I signed up for when purchasing the item. Tacoma Beast deserves a poor business rating as they improperly advertised the product and wouldn't issue a refund on a defective item.
