    We have been customers of Waste Connections for more than 8 years. The prices have gone up a lot in the past couple of years. We were paying $390/ month on August 2020. We paid $602 this month. We have been shopping around for better prices y and found several options. A local company is offering the same service for $160/month.We contacted Waste Connections with the issue and they offered us a discount rate of $480/ month. We decided to change companies, but they are telling us we are under contract until ****. During the call, we were informed the contract renews automatically every 5 years (it was renewed in May 2022). But we didn't receive any type of notification informing us that our contract was expiring or/and that it would be renewed. If we had known we would have canceled the renewal because the prices are extremely high.What is outrageous is that they renewed the contract without informing us, especially if it is a 5-year contract. (we are talking about 5 years!!)Now to go out of the contract they are asking for 6 months' payment, more than $3,600. The business is not doing as well as before and paying that amount of money every month is difficult.     We attempted to speak to ********* on October 27, 2022.  He asked that we speak to *************  She was out of the country, so we made an appointment to speak to her on her return, November 1, 2022.  Upon speaking to ******, she expressed her concern as she received a lower total from a competitor for about $160/month.  We finally agreed on a new total of $385.90/month moving forward effective November 1, 2022.

    Service on property address: *********************************************. Agreement number 67590.I have a service contract with the above describe company, Waste Connections of Florida. I been having several service interruptions on the past 6 months. Even do my contract is for the trash container to be pick up twice a week, the company is NOT picking up the service trash, on several occasions, the company does NOT service the trash container for over two weeks on the roll. As a result, the container overflows and trash are leave all over the property yard. I been hiring people to clean this yard several times on the past 6 months due to this same issue. I been in contact with company representative who will promise, on several occasions, that someone will be there right away to pick up the trash container and clean the yard, but nothing is working now.I have several emails, back and forth, where the company representative promise service on the following day, but nothing is done!PLease have this company accountable for the lack of service!

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Waste Connections of Florida regarding the lack of service provided to my property, as agreed upon in our service contract signed in November 2019. Since September of 2022, your company has consistently failed to pick up my property's trash container on the agreed-upon weekdays of Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. Over the course of these months, I have made numerous attempts to contact your company and request the proper service. I have reached out to several employees via email, including ******************************* and *********************, on various occasions. While there were instances where the service was provided promptly, there were also times when it took up to one week for the trash container to be picked up. The lack of regular service has resulted in additional expenses for me, as I have had to incur costs for additional cleaning services. Despite repeatedly contacting your company and bringing this matter to your attention, Waste Connections of Florida has failed to address this issue or work with me to resolve the additional expenses incurred. I have provided a list of dates and times when I contacted your company requesting service, which I believe demonstrates the ongoing nature of this problem. However, despite my efforts, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution or even a response from your company. I am willing to continue working with Waste Connections of Florida, but I insist that your company takes full responsibility for all the additional expenses I have incurred as a result of your failure to perform according to the terms of our contract. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, as well as a resolution that addresses the lack of service and the additional expenses I have faced. Failure to address and resolve this issue may leave me with no choice but to seek legal remedies to protect my rights as a customer.

    I have been talking to department of customer services regarding to remove one of the two garbache dumpsters on my business, i requested on may 2022, nobody at the customer services can give an answer ,*********, ******, ****** and *****, said a inspector will call me to speak to me( do not know regarding what, all i need is to remove the dumpster), i have been charge since May for two dumpster, the truck driver who do the pick up of the garbache, knows he only emptied 1, I feel they are doing what ever they want with the costumers, this in not right, now they stop emptying the dumpster, risking the local health.*************************** ************ ********************* ************************************************

    I am rejecting this response because: Just to be clear, they called me and spoke to me, they said they will review my complaint, but no answer yet, the problem is not solved yet.  The account is under suspension for nonpayment.  i will not pay until they remove the overcharge on the account.
