    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to bring to your attention concerning activities involving ********. WINDOW **** run by Mr. ****** *******, his wife, ******* *********, who is registered as the company president, and allegedly connected with their son **** *******, who runs the new company ALL **************************** has come to my attention that they are allegedly collecting deposits without fulfilling their contractual obligations. I am particularly worried about potential fraud, as I myself have fallen victim to their practices. I am especially concerned for new customers who may not be aware of these *********** are some specific details that may be relevant:I contracted this company to replace my windows with new hurricane windows. We agreed on the terms, and they collected a deposit of $7,500. Initially, I was told that everything was proceeding as planned and that the new windows had already been ordered. However, months have gone by, and they have stopped answering my calls. It has come to my attention that they never ordered the windows and have since ceased all communication.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and consider issuing a warning to the public to prevent additional potential victims from being taken advantage of.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Mr. ****** ******* was supposed to install impact windows at the beginning of October. We gave him an advance of $8,632 on the contract ($20,564). After multiple follow-ups, the deadline expire and Mr. ****** ******* never returned our calls. In the meantime, we learned that at least 3 other parties have been affected by this fraudulent scheme. I have filed a formal complaint with the ********************************************** / Consumer and Neighborhood Protection Division of **********.
