Community Members/Residents,I am writing to alert you to a fraudulent window installation company that has unfortunately taken my payment and disappeared without starting/completing the work. The company in question is ******** window **** by Mr. ******* ****** and despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have not responded or provided any updates. Please be cautious and avoid engaging with this company for any services. If you have already made payments or scheduled services with them, I recommend taking immediate action to protect yourself, such as contacting your bank and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Stay vigilant and protect your interests. Let's ensure no one else falls victim to this fraud.Moti Haklai

I entered into an agreement with Ariale Co Windows INC, managed by ****** ******* and his son **** *******, to provide and install windows. Having worked with them previously without issue, I paid an advance based on the terms of our agreement. After the payment, I received an image of what they claimed was an order confirmation from a factory for my windows. However, upon visiting the factory myself, I was informed that the order number provided did not exist. This has raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of their business practices.Efforts to contact both ****** and **** ******* have been unsuccessful, as they have not responded to calls or emails, effectively disappearing. Subsequent research revealed that this is not an isolated incident, as there are multiple complaints from other customers reporting similar behavior, including claims against the company regarding other window factories.Given the breach of contract and misrepresentation, I now understand that I should have performed more thorough due diligence. However, the trust built from prior business dealings led me to believe they would act in good faith. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Ariale Co Windows INC to proceed with caution and conduct their own research to avoid a similar situation.
