    STAY AWAY!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. ******* ******* is a complete fraud. I placed my membership to Thousand Trails into their hands. Yes they did sell the membership but not before I kept receiving mail from Thousand Trails asking me for monthly dues, AFTER I was told it had been sold. She sent me the check but I forked out $125.99 to pay the dues. She promised me that she would quote "re-imburse the 2 months paid and have the buyer cover the remainder of the year for you".This was nearly 2 months ago. SHE WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY TEXTS!SHE WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY VOICE MAILS!DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SELL YOUR MEMBERSHIP THROUGH HER OR THEM. I am going to look into small claims court.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Please stay away. You have been warned.We sold a thousand trails membership through them for a net return of $6,500 after their cut. After confirming the sale we got radio silence. For months. We tried reaching out multiple times a week during that time through phone and email and got nothing. Were certain they were screening our calls.Eventually we had to submit a Better Business Bureau claim and lo and behold they finally got back to us and sent the check. In regular post with no tracking number. Now were just crossing our fingers that it clears.We have also filed complains with the *** and ************************************* is a scam out to steal your money. ******.

    Do not use this company. They assured me they could sell my Thousand Trails membership quickly when they wanted me to list with them. Once I paid for my listing they ghosted me. It is an infrequent miracle when they respond to calls or emails. Normaly, inquiries go unanswered. I wonder if they are actually a legitimate business. It has been over one year and they haven't even got me one offer. In my opinion they're a scam outfit that collects your fees then they do nothing to sell your membership. I wonder if they are in cahoots with Thousand Trails, which recommended that I use them.They need to be investigated by the State of Florida!

    *** sold my Thousand Trails membership in 6/24 and they said I would get $2000 in about a month. I received notice from Thousand Trails that the membership had been transferred. I have called and left at least 5 voice mails and multiple emails to ******* and on their general phone line. No response and no $ received.

    We started the process of selling our TT membership in November 2023 and were told there was a couple waiting for our type membership. The entire process would take less than 4 weeks. I contacted them in January and was told the buyer backed out but they had another one ready to buy. In February we signed transfer papers and we would have our $$ in a couple weeks. I called TT to make sure it had transferred and it had. Called in April and was told the accounting ***** was behind but ******* would expedite it and to expect it in a few days. Called ******* in May and was told they had moved to a new location and everything was a mess. Called in June and she was surprised we still hadn't been paid yet. Called at the beginning of July and more surprise, someone would contact us in 24 hours. Got a call the next morning, July 18th, and was told they would get right on it and we would get a tracking number on July 23 and we would have our money on July 25th. We got no tracking number and no response from phone calls, emails , or texts. After reading reviews I would like to know how this company is still in business . They are stealing from everyone they have as customers. They state on their website and ******** page that they have a BBB excellent rating. It has been 6 months for us and I've read reviews from people who have been waiting over a year to get a check. Regular everyday people can't afford lawyers so we're getting scammed out of our money by these thieves and they know they're getting away with it. Don't deal with this horrible business.

    My wife and I agreed to have Campground Membership Outlet sell our Thousand Trails Camping Membership. We personally spoke with ******* we would receive a check for $1600.00. we signed documents sent to us from the ** authorizing them to facilitate the transfer of our membership.We keep getting excuses that the ac**unting department is behind a there IT person **mplaining the porting what ever that is.Then I was told by ******* that she thought my check had been processed but she would not be able to verify till Thursday when the ac**untant **mes in but I still did not get any response I have all emails that I have received verifying the information I have included in this **mplaint May 28 2024 Good Afternoon Les,I hope you all had a good holiday weekend.Just wanted to let you know now that your transfer has been **mpleted and we will be sending you a paper check via ************************** once our Ac**unting department gets your file closed out. I would expect in the next **uple of weeks they should be done.Thank you,******* June 12 2024 Hi ***!We will be working with our Ac**untant this weekend to help get her caught up, we are still working through the bugs in our new system. I am sorry for the delay, but will email you the tracking number after I get it to the post office.     Terrible service. I was told to contact Campground Membership Outlet to sell my membership with Thousands Trails. ******* charged me a fee of almost $300.00 and said they should be able to sell 3-6 months. I hardly heard from ******* and when I called i kept getting voicemails! She said there were No bites and if I could drop my price! I finally agreed and still no contact! Here it is February ********************************* February 2023 after we sold our trailer! So with No help from MembersOutlet or **************** posted my membership ( gave it away!) on ******** and I completed the transfer last week! Dont be fooled and give your money to Campground Membership Outlet!! Theyre a RIPOFF!!

    Definitely a rip off. As with others, signed transfer paperwork and now nothing. It's been over a month. Calling local attorney. Happy to spend $5,000 just to get my $1,800 now.

    Contracted with CMO in January 2022 and now it’s July 2023 and all I have heard is crickets. I have sent emails and received no answer. The BBB website listed 48 complaints and they are all the same, no response, check has been mailed, had to stop payment on check as it was lost, new check has been mailed and it just goes on and on. I am beginning to wonder if this is even a legit business. Also the 5 star rating system needs to be updated to include a “0”.

    I signed an agreement on March 3, 2022 to sell my Thousand Trails membership for $1500. I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks.

    After six weeks I was told Thousand Trails Transfer Dept was backed up and it would be in the next batch.

    Six weeks later on June 3, I was told that a check was sent on 5/22. They confirmed they had the correct address and said they would stop payment on the check and reissue the check sending it priority mail and send a tracking number.

    On June 17, I sent an email asking did I need to post on BBB to get my check. I then got my priority tracking number and received the check on June 24.

    I am posting as this is a pattern with them; to delay, say a check had been mailed and they will stop payment and reissue, and then delay again. I wanted to let others know; telling them you will file a BBB complaint causes them to issue a check.
