  My first experience with Pure Air was installation of a new A/C system. Pure air informed me of changes taking place with the refrigerante used in A/C systems. One of the issues with the new refrigerante is the higher cost of A/C units. I was informed that Pure Air had in stock brand new units prior to the refrigerante change. I was able to save money and still receive all the warranties. Two technicians arrived on time, completed the install in a timely fashion, were professional, kept the work area clean, and explained any questions I had. I would recommend to others.

  Used Pure Air for over 10 years. In addition to 2X yearly maintenance, they installed a new Trane unit 6 yrs ago to replace our 12 yo unit. New unit continually had issues including a compressor failure and replacement in 2024. In Feb. 2025, unit stopped working again. Total of 4 service visits over a 2 week period without a solution: cost $678 to replace air flow control board. On the next visit—we were told rats or anoles must have eaten through wires to thermostat. Estimate for rewiring (promised in 24 hours) never arrived. We were ghosted (no response to email or phone calls). Still no functioning AC (26 days out) and we don’t have rats. Called another AC company. They identified problem (bad wire harness), ordered the part and had AC running in 2 days: Cost $185. Out of curiosity, we called Pure Air to request the rewire estimate. Finally sent (predated by 10 days). Cost: $956. A total charge of $1700 to fix something that cost $185. We cut ties (although we had one visit left on service contract). Contacted company to express displeasure and relate details. No response—apparently the way the business works now. Too bad, used to be reliable, not anymore. Buyer beware!!

  It's been nearly 3 years since I had my new HVAC units replaced by Pure Air. The installation went very smooth with highly experienced installers. They are truly technicians not salesmen driving trucks. They examined my old unit ,explained the problems and suggested a replacement. great value for the price. The 3 year maintenance program gives you peace of mind that your unit is working properly. Today I extended my maintenance agreement with Pure Air. Every 6 months the scheduler called me to set up a visit. I look forward to more great preventive maintenance . A company that earns and keeps customer trust.

  I had my new a/c installed 3 years ago and have opted for annual prepaid service. Everything works like a charm. *****, the most recent technician who performed a semi-annual maintenance, arrived on time and completed his tasks thoroughly. Office staff is also very helpful and accommodating with scheduling. Overall very happy customer.
