5 starsI have been with Pure Sir for over 6 years and they have never let me down with their capabilities.The office staff is professional and very helpful and their techs are well trained and efficient.I purchased a Trane A/C system from them and ***** one of their managers came to my condo to make sure the removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went as planned.The tech that serviced my unit on 12/26/23 arrived on time and my unit now runs great.I rate Pure Sir a 5 out of 5 stars.******************************* ******Review fromJames K

5 starsPure Air did an outstanding job! Their employees and office staff are extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the entire new HVAC system installation. We would highly recommend them. Our *************** representative, Novie Tocoo, was excellent as well.Review fromJoe H

We had been customers of Conditioned Air for 25 + years and needed to replace our two systems immediately...we had Lennox systems for five years..continuing problems, etc....neighbors had similar problems and recommended Pure Air/ Trane....we called them and they responded with all new Trane equipment installed within five days....Sales Manager Michael E. visited, explained options and was most knowledgeable about the entire process....installation crew led by AJ was dependable, answered any questions and left our house and garage spotless ..Highly recommend Pure Air ....solid company and competent installers....
