      Received half my order with a slip saying other half was on back order. Contacted them 4 times over the last 6 months. They do not reply, I have never received other half. Do not trust this company. Seems all they want is your payment.

      In April, 2024, I ordered an 11th ******************** hat pin, order #******. On May 1, I received an 11th ***************** hat pin, even though the invoice showed an Air Assault pin, item #******. I emailed the company about the error and pointed out that Airborne and Air Assault are not the same. That email and two subsequent emails to the company have gone unanswered.

      I ordered a navy unit commendation medal from this company on 1/3/24. On 1/4/24 I got an email from them saying my item was ready to ship. Yesterday 1/16/24 I checked the tracking number and it said that the **** was still waiting to receive the item from the shipper so they could get it into their system for delivery. Last week and again this past Monday I sent them an email asking for an update on my order. I also stated that if they couldnt fill the order to please credit my account in the amount of $28.85. I have heard nothing from them.

      I ordered some insignia from this company on or around November 17 2023. At this point I have called them, emailed them and messaged them on ********* I have received no tracking information nor have they responded in anyway to my attempts to talk to them. I requested cancellation of my order and still have not gotten a response. Upon further investigation I found many complaints like mine. The company seems to prey on Veterans and take their money.

      Purchase of a $306 dollar Presidential Service Badge intended to be used for memorial recognition was met with arrival of a damaged badge in very poor condition. The shipping was prompt and packaging was decent but the badge was heavily marred with scratches and many ornamental stars and gold trim were notably damaged.

      Two messages were subsequently sent to Saunders requesting either a full refund or prompt shipment of an undamaged badge with no answer to either. Photos of the badge were sent along with each message and are uploaded with this complaint for your review.
