      6/3/24 is when I places my order. It is now 11/12 and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Ive emailed them 4-5 times now with only one response on July stating that the process takes time. Save yourself the trouble if you are considering ordering from them. Look elsewhere. Order #******.

      Would be better if negative stars were available. Received confirmation of my order and email giving **** tracking number, three weeks has passed and order has yet to be mailed. I have made several attempts to contact the company with no avail. This company is a front for a scam artist!

      Thieves. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. They'll take money out of your account, generate a shipping tracking number, and then ghost you. No actual shipping, no delivery. No movement on the tracking. No one answers the phone. No one answers emails. Terrible.

      Awful company! So this is how you serve the military? Ordered 11/25/23, still to product, and NO RETURN CALL AFTER 4 MESSAGES. TIME TO BOYCOTT THESE BUMS!!!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 patches two weeks ago. One week in a tried contacting them about my patches. No answer. Tried email, email doesnt work. I waited another week until I started calling. No answers at all. Ive now since disputed my charge because they are quick to steal money but not ship products it seems.

      I placed an order after a week it did not ship multiple calls to their phone number no answers. I finally had to cancel the credit card charge.

      Absolutely terrible company. Substituted my order, not even close, no response on a follow up note. I offered to send back my item at my expense, no comment. You are a fool if you order from them

      I now see why this company has an F Grade from BBB. On 26 Oct 22, I ordered 2 patches from them and used PayPal option to ensure I would get the items. However, Saunders took the money, and did not send them out, until I filed a complaint with PayPal. They did not responded to PayPal until today.I called them a few times on 2 Nov 22, and left messages, that were not returned. I have my call log as proof!Since 2 Nov 22, I went to another company, and they made the items and sent the items, which I already have...Saunders never responded to my any of messages (written or called), and I have my phone records calling them.Stay away from them. Do not order from them. They are not a customer friendly company. I am considering filing a complaint with the ** AG Office against them!

      I placed an order over a month ago. I have still not received the order and I was told on two seperate occasions that the order had shipped and would 'arrive the next business day'
