    Since February 22 of 2024 my apartment was infested with mold that the Belvedere at apartments Quail run left on resolved still to this day as of April 11 of 2024. The leasing office has not only lied to me, has not only not provided an apology for what I had to endure, but still to this day claims that the apartment is safe and mold free. Not only have I saw legal representation, I have lost thousands of dollars dealing with this problem, the place Im supposed to call home has been a health hazard and risk to my health, the situation is still unresolved, and I am being forced to leave here. I would love to speak with somebody whether it be over the phone or through email and explain the full range of story. I apologize I dont have a laptop. Im doing this on my phone I just want to hold these people accountable as much as possible and I was told by a friend to contact the Better Business Bureau to try to hold this leasing office accountable for their lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my safety while living here.

Our maintenance team and code officers took immediate action to rectify the issue and our team provided constant communication and support to address the issue. The statements in your review are unfounded and untrue and we have documentation verifying that you surrendered your keys and were not forced to vacate your home at any time.
