    I lived at Belvedere for eight years I paid over $99,000 in rent to them. I gave them notice before I moved out. They rented my apartment immediately after move out even though the apartment had issues with mold and water heater that looked like it was going to explode, they have now reported me to a credit bureau who has been hounding me for a year and a half and I dont owe them anything! Do not rent here!

    I just rented this unit here at Belvedere at Quail Run in ******, ** about a month ago but when I arrived at the complex and got the keys the apartment was a disaster. It had un-painted walls, it was not clean at ALL, one of the bathrooms wasn't working properly (could not shower), the sinks were all clogged up, the washer and dryer that the complex provided were both broken, and this list keeps going on and on. It took us about a week to paint and clean the mess that they had left for us and spent around $600 to make this home livable. The damage is not only affecting us economically but emotionally as well. I took these issues to the property manager who shocked me with the lack of care and disrespect, she also accused me and my family of breaking the things in this apartment instead of apologizing and taking accountability. I have pictured evidence on how this place looked as soon as i arrived, no need for me to lie and I am still waiting on the complex to fix our sliding doors, our windows and bring us a new washer and dryer still a month later after telling them, talk about unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to other people, it is a scam, a big scam. They threatened messing up my credit if I break the lease, these people are money hungry and do not care for your well-being, take you and your family elsewhere . If I could give this place zero stars I would.
