Myself and my wife signed up with 10x Health in August to do a blood and genetic test to help identify health issues. After a consultation we were sent a genetic swab test kit (returned 11/23) and scheduled a blood test on 12/26 at a near by lab. We were informed the results would be returned in a few weeks after we returned the swab or had the blood taken. After 4 weeks I emailed the consultant who informed me that the new deadline was 3-6 weeks. It has been more than 6 weeks since I returned the swab and no results have been provided. I believe 10x Health Systems is a victim of their own marketing and are aware they have over comitted on their service delivery. I would like my results ASAP with a billing adjustment and if they cannot delver that a full refund.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They only refunded the genetic test fees for myself and my wife. Since they could not deliver the genetic test results in 7 weeks and it does make sense to only perform a blood test without the genetic test. I would like the blood test fees refunded for myself and my wife.

We do not offer refunds on our blood tests once the lab form has been used. Our team will be in contact for scheduling or you can decline a consult. We will send the labs over to you. The consult is free and the labs are $599. Your results will be provided, therefore we will not be refunding. I am done wasting my time with this company. They cannot deliver the services they promised and they say things that do not make sense. Like you can decline a consult that you paid for and the lab costs $599 but the consult is free. So their doctors work for free? I can't imagine spending all that money on medical school and then being forced to work for free."you can decline a consult. We will send the labs over to you. I placed an order for three supplements from their website over a month ago. After waiting for over a week I reached out due to no shipping information being sent out. I eventually received a response telling me that two of the three items were on back order and that I would not receive those until January. This was not reflected on their website in any capacity. They sent the first and not the other two after a few weeks. I have been trying to reach out to them to request a refund on the two items that were never shipped and they initially responded but kept jumping around the situation. I eventually told the lady that was helping me to refund me the two supplements that were not sent and never received a response.I have left messages with the answering service they have screening their calls and no one ever calls me back. Just another one of the many companies scamming people these days I take it. It seems they love to avoid communication and it is wrong to take someones money without bothering to communicate the issues at hand.Business Response

Order number ***** cost ****** I ordered this December 2nd I never received it and I asked for a refund and I haven't gotten that yet either. I reached out to 10x Health Systems to try their genetic testing. My wife and I were so excited to take the test and see the results. However, that is where the misery starts and I will list them out for you. 1. Sent Genetic test in the early part of November. Attempted to contact 10X Health for an update on 12/6/23 with no prompt response. 2. Got a blanket email back stating I should have my results back in 2-3 weeks of the date received. I received that email on 12/11/23 which would have been the three week ***** 3. Received an email on 12/19/2023 stating the lab had my results and I should receive a PDF soon. 4 Received an email on 12/29/2023 stating my test results were insufficient and I will receive a secondary test. At this point I have lost faith in their ability to respond and conduct a genetic test which I trust. The lab had my results and then 10 days later the test was insufficient. This makes zero sense and I can get no response from the company. This company is endorsed by *****************, *******************, and ************************* so be aware of their inability to function as an actual company.Business Response

Hello I have been ghosted by 10x on anything that has to do with my purchases. They only send automated emails regardless of the questions Ive had. There are countless people online experiencing the same issues. 11/15 purchased **** **** kit $599 11/29 they sent me a random email with supplements in my cart that I did not look at or place in my cart 12/1 I purchased a $126.44 **** breakthrough clarity call with 12 week program 12/4 automated email response to my email asking for information on my purchases 12/16 automated email response about me asking for help again 12/21 email saying theres an influx of costumers and hopefully there are open spots in February there are no available spots and the app they use does not give any options for scheduling 12/28 I tried again reaching outBusiness Response

I placed an order for a gene **** on 9/24/23. Waited over 10 weeks for results and finally contacted the company on 12/10/23. I received a response 4 days later that the resent me my results with a screen shot. In the screen shot my email address was incorrectly listed. I emailed them back the same day that my email address was incorrect (even though I received a confirmation of my order to the correct email) and asked that they resend my results to the correct email address. On 12/18/23 I finally got a response that they are only onboarding clients to a portal that submitted order after October 23rd and in the "coming months" I should be getting an invitation to my portal. ***** disappointed with this company as I had a lot of people that wanted to try them and clearly this is just some kind of scam that takes your money and gives you a huge run around. I never asked for a portal, I just wanted my results. It is really sad that they are praying on people who are searching for help with medical issues.Business Response

In October I purchased a $600 methylation test. I was immediately receiving aggressive texts trying to cross sell other products. I submitted my results. I received an email notifiying me that my medical form online was incomplete. After a terrible experience (its not ***** friendly) I completed the form. It is now December 18 and I have still not received my results. Im out $600 and cannot reach anyone for help. The customer service is AWFUL.Business Response

I signed up with 10x Health in August to do a blood and genetic test to help get to the "root" of some health issues that they claim their tests can help identify. After a consultation I was told I would be able to take a blood test and genetic swab test immediately and have results back within 2-3 weeks via consultation with one of their Health Care professionals. It is now Nov. ********* have still not been able to get any of my results. Every other week when I contact them they have another excuse, first claiming to lose my tests, then claiming the system was down (which they claimed numerous times). Now today, on 11/8/2023 almost a full 3 months later I was set to have a virtual call with a health care professional in their network that NEVER SHOWED UP! I have asked and been denied my test results or my money back. Please help.Business Response
