On 12/13/24 I contacted 10X Health to get started in their health program. I asked several questions concerning the program. I was extremely pleased knowing that **** ****** with whom I followed was part of 10X Health and he was the only reason I signed up with 10X Health.I learned some weeks later that **** ****** was no longer with 10X Health and was not with them when I enrolled back in December 2024.I felt this was very misleading by 10X Health not informing me that he was no longer part of the program when I enrolled. I contacted my credit card company once I found out that they mislead me to dispute the charge. After months of waiting it went no where. The credit card company notified me that I need to contact 10X Health to get a refund. I did contact them on 5/28/25 and was told that the test I submitted was completed and I had no recourse. I informed them they mislead me by not telling me that **** ****** was no longer part of the program when I enrolled. Without **** ****** their 10X Health program is worthless to me. He is the main source and The Human Biologist who I put my trust in. I will not put my health in to a company that I felt mislead me from the onset.Business Response

As this is a medical service that involves the processing of personal genetic data, our refund policy states that completed tests are non-refundable.
We understand you made your purchase based on a specific influencer. While we respect that this may have influenced your decision, the endorsement status at the time of purchase does not fall within the scope of our refund policy.
That said, we are pleased to share that **** ****** has since resolved his dispute with 10X Health and is once again actively supporting our products and mission.

I am rejecting this response because:You did not disclose to me at the time of signing up that **** ****** was no longer with 10X Health. This was misleading and underhanded to the consumer. By the time I discovered **** was gone the test was complete and I was out $1299.00.Yes, I have results but they are worthless to me without the input form **** ****** I guess in your view that is fair but not from what I see. I have yet to see that **** ****** is back with 10X Health, show me where to find that information.

I ordered three of 10X Health's genetic screening tests for my three children on February 20th, 2025. One of the kits did not come with all the necessary items to provide a sample so contacted the email provided for customer service to share my need for a new kit. A week passed and no communication back from 10X. I then contacted 10X again on March 6th and requested a refund for the 3 kits that had cost $1797. Here it is May 1st, 2025 and after several more calls and promises to get my refund escalated.... I still do not have a ********* yourself a huge favor and stay away from this entity. They provide a service of checking for gene disruptions with a cure all of taking methylated multi-vitamins. SKIP the testing and ignorance of 10X Health and just start using a methylated multivitamin. Regardless if you have the genetic variants or not, just take a methylated multi-vitamin and you'll be getting the form of the vitamins you can use rather you have a genetic variant or not. No ******. Skip the terrible customer service and $599 price tag per test.Business Response

Ordered Genetic test from 10x Health on March 2, 2025. Submitted and returned the test. On March 13, 2025 I received an email saying my results were ready but when I logged into the portal I get a message saying the results were unavailable and only options to 'unlock' more tests is clickable. Following a thorough review of your account, we determined that certain activities were in violation of the 10X Health Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledged upon enrollment. These violations include, but are not limited to:
Section 2f: You agree that any content displayed or published on ********** in connection with the Affiliate Program does not and will not contain any materials that: (i) are illegal; (ii) are obscene or sexually explicit; (iii) are violent, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable to 10X Health (as decided by 10X Health at 10X Healths sole discretion); (iv) infringe the intellectual property rights of 10X Health or any third Party; and (v) misrepresent, mislead, or confuse customers, or contain false claims and ************************ not made or approved by 10X Health. Moreover, all content must be pre-approved in writing and/or comply with 10X Healths content guidelines, policies, and guides.
Here, you were impersonating **** ******, and you failed to disclose that you were a paid affiliate/ambassador, both of which violate 10x Health's terms and the *** rules against being misleading and deceptive.
As outlined in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions, 10X Health reserves the right to withhold commissions for any revenue generated in violation of the programs rules and standards. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all affiliate partnerships.
We take these matters seriously and, in line with our contractual obligations, no commissions will be issued related to the flagged activities.

I purchased 2 bottles of the Optimized 10x multivitamins. This morning I pulled one out that had a hair manufactured into it and handing out the end. This is not acceptable, Im glad I looked before taking it. Very unsatisfactory, major health issue for a company that specializes in health safety. March 20th 2025 I placed an order for a gene test for $599.00. March 23rd 2025 I sent an email to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was told I would get an email within 5 days which I did stating that the request was passed on to the cancelation team and this was being escalated. Greetings My order number is #****** and it was placed on Feb14, 2025. It was "printed books" of my genetic tests. On order confirmation email, they stated "it may take up to 21 days". It has been near a month that they charged my bank account but did not ship the items. I Filed a ticket online three times and never got a response, this is while they say "we will get back to you within 5 business days". I wrote to them on Feb28, 2025 the first time and still havent received a response. I called them today and a nice lady tried so hard to help me but obviously there was no informtion on where is my order and why it has not been shipped yet? So after few holds on the phone she justified that "21 days on your order confirmation email means 21 business days!!!!"Well! March 7, 2025 is the 21st business days after I placed myorder and I still have not received any emails confirming shipping. I do have proof of everything and willing to take this legal action even further if necessary. They should learn to respect their promise to customers. On 2/27/2025 I received a precision health test from 10x health that I bought for $1,299. Instructions were clear to activate the test so I started that process on the second page it wanted me to enter the activation code on the tube so I put in the number and then put it in the second box to verify I put the same number in both boxes it then gave me a error " we couldn't find that activation id please try again" thinking I missed something I double checked the number but it was the exact number and in the place that was provided in the picture I emailed them 2/28 about the issue and still have not heard back I called 3/4 and the lady said it was getting escalated and I would get a call back or email within 24hrs still nothing and the issue isn't fixedBusiness Response
