    Order placed on 10/1/2024 and several emails asking for shipping information, after 14 days I requested a refund because they were outside of the website shipping window of 5-7 days. I requested a refund at this point and magically I received a shipment information, the order arrived today 10/24/2024 and the order is short 1 coin ($100.00) and all coin validation information.I have sent an email with photos on the order received asking the missing coin be sent via 2-3 day shipment with coin validation on both coins, now the long wait on response.

    However Copecart deducted an additional $200.00 and reversed it, original balance of refund is owed (see attached).

    The amount is $1,500 via **************** credit but I'm not sure if they are able to charge me more or not given the information I have given them. I got charged September 26th. I have previously got charged $2,000 on ****** credit but managed to get refunded for that, only if I got charged on the **************** card. They were not letting me walk empty handed. This is there website *****************************************. The loan was initiated under a misleading pay-to-work scheme. The loan company is COPECART AMERICAS. Ref Number: ****************** ************************ Act Section 5 ********************************************************************** Contract *************************************************** My experience with ****** ****** and **** ******* from Scaling with Sales has shown me that this is their plan. Business structure is as following: $6,000 to buy into the "opportunity" to work with the company. You get $100 if you book an appointment with any person who verbally admits to earning over 5k a month. If the appointment leads to a close (which are done by other folks other than yourself) you get a 10% commission. This part wasn't made clear but from how smooth the interaction was I imagine this happens a lot: Most folks don't have $6,000. So they help you open an account with different credit card companies. Depending on if you get approved, they can now charge your account. The rest of the money owed they subtract from you commissions. They say if you can't make at least 2 appointments a month, you will be liable for a $200 payment each month to them for 18 months or until you pay it off. They say things like: "we have folks that work 2 to 3 hours a day and make 10 appointments every couple days." I don't believe that to be the typical experience. They offer lots of support for whoever buys in, but I can imagine the time you have to put in to close an appointment is MUCH higher than a few hours a day.

It is important to clarify that vendors are solely responsible for the delivery of the products and services they offer. CopeCart does not interfere in the direct relationship between you and the vendor, nor are we involved in any marketing campaigns, promotional activities, or the benefits associated with the product or service being sold.

    In response to the recent complaint, we have reached out to the customer Thomas Volpicella for further clarification and have explained our role as a payment processor in this transaction. As the purchase falls within the refund period, we have already processed the refund for the customero (refund receipt attached). Please note that this transaction was made through a PayPal account, and we do not have visibility into the specific card chosen within the customer's PayPal account.

    Additionally, we will communicate with the vendor involved to ensure that such cases are handled more effectively in the future, and to avoid any miscommunication or misleading information during the sales process.

    Received fake coins! Was suppose to take them to **** of America for cash and they told us they were fake!!

CopeCart does not get in the way of them and the Vendor and doesn't have any relation with the marketing campaigns, publicity, or benefits of the product/service.

    We have made an effort to locate the mentioned order, but we were only able to find one transaction (order ID nizLOgeY) from October 26. This transaction was disputed and the decision was made in the customer's favor.

    We have reached out to the customer and requested more information to assist us in locating the order and we only received the last four digits of the card and were unable to find any transactions that matched the card number and amount.

    To Whom It May ****************** are pleased to inform you that we have successfully located the two transactions in question, as per the customer's inquiry. Upon further investigation, we have discovered that the orders were placed using different card numbers than the one initially provided by the customer. Additionally, the previously refunded transaction was also placed using a different card number, email address and name. As a result, we can confirm that no orders were placed using the card provided by the customer.

    We would like to clarify that CopeCart serves as the payment processor and not the vendor in this situation. It is important to note that the customer did not attempt to contact the vendor before reaching out to us. However, we are willing to process the requested refunds once the customer cancels the open complaint and provides us with confirmation. The customer was already informed about this decision.

    The date of the transaction is September 12, 2023. It was $3,000. They promised a business online that makes a lot of money. But they disappear; no tracking. The advertisement should be seen in the **/Demark/worldwide.

    Please note that CopeCart offers platform sellers around the world a platform to manage their checkout process, payments, and scalable solutions for their business operations. ********** ***** did not purchase anything from CopeCart, so it appears ********** ***** is involving incorrect parties in this matter. ********** ***** agreed to a no refund policy when the product was originally purchased. When ********** ***** disputed the charge with the credit card company per the purchase, CopeCart won the dispute, and it is now past 6-month window for a dispute to be filed with the credit card company. Therefore, we trust that this matter is now resolved.

    On September 13, 2023, the customer ********** ***** made a purchase of the product 7-Figure Accelerator online. During the transaction, the customer was presented with the refund policy (no refund). It is important to note that the purchase cannot be finalized unless the customer agrees to the terms outlined.
