      We sent $100.00 as instructed to activate a voucher for free hotel and airfare which we are informed are refundable. We tried to contact their affiliate company as indicated the Vacation Advisor of New Smyrna Beach FL to request for refund. Nobody would answer the phone nor emails. Either these companies are nonexistent or scammers.

      To whom it may concern,Vacation Advisor is a licensed, bonded and insured seller of travel and travel agency that has been in business for over 30 years. We are not sure why you were not able to reach them by phone as they have an automated voicemail system and directory and have agents answering the phones during their normal business hours. Gunn Marketing Group is open during normal business hours and answering our phones. If you would have simply contacted us we would have been glad to assist you.

      We called several times around February or March this year because we have some questions to the number provided ************** and left messages with contact information, no return call. We sent emails to *********************** as what they provided, to be precise on April 1, 2022, May 12, 2022, June 22, 2022, no replies. As stated, they provided these contact information and we contacted them several times by phone and emails. We dont know why theyre implying that we didnt contact them or unable to contact them. This was deliberately ignored because we are asking questions and refund. We dont know how this company existed for more than 30 years as claimed. They have the worst customer service proven by us and almost all bad reviews and complaints that you read here.

      I signed up for the promotion the brochure had and it required a $54 deposit and said I would receive an email within 48 hours. Well a week went by and I never received an email. So, I disputed the charge with my bank saying I never received the services paid for. A couple of days after that, I got a call from them. They gave me a probably ** story saying that they were having problems sending emails to Yahoo accounts. They asked me to reverse the charge again with the bank but at this point I realized what kind of business this was and decided that I did not wish to proceed. Two months later I see that the charge was added back to my card.
      This company had the audacity to write a letter to my bank to get the deposit back, all over $54. Within the letter was blatant lies about our conversation. It mentioned that I said I would like their offer to be reactivated. This was false. The letter also said that I claimed I never received the email. Well guess what. I STILL NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL! As of now I am trying to reach them but doubt anything will come of it.
      The bank said that I could dispute again but it would have to be in writing. Sorry but I have more important things to do with my time than write a letter disputing $54. But, apparently this company doesn't. It just proves the type of scam they are running.

      This customer activated their promotional travel offer on our website during our beta-launch period. We unfortunately experienced a glitch in the processing where some customers like Mr. ******* didn't receive their reservation request form due to certain personal email servers (yahoo in this case) not delivering our email due to a security concern with a link included in the email. Our first notification that Mr. ******* had encountered an issue was when we received a dispute from his bank. He was contacted at that time and advised how to rectify the issue but he declined. The bank has now settled his dispute in our favor, we have spoken to Mr. ******* again today and are handling his concerns. We regret that the error occurred but can only rectify problems when we are notified.

      This response is hilarious. It's all smoke and mirrors. BTW, the bank only "settled" on their favor because they sent a letter to them containing nothing but lies and did it without my knowledge. The bank said that I would have to do the same thing to counter the claim. Honestly, I have more important things to do. At this point, calling out all of the BS to this scheme is more important to me so I played the game.

      I did get a call weeks later saying that there were no options for my first choice. And btw, the choices are minimal. When I asked to change the date for when an option opens up for our desired location, they said they call back. Well I haven't heard back in two weeks.

      Don't waste your time with this! Book your own room. Go where you want when you want. They'll probably put in a motel 6 anyway.

      Please take my money and don't bother me again!

      Despite the bank's rare settlement in our favor, as they typically side with the customer, we have issued a refund to your credit card. No smoke and mirrors here, our agent was still working on your request for travel for your second date as advised. However, since you are no longer interested, we have cancelled and refunded your offer.
