      Horrible company to deal with. They put my panels on a day before Hurricane Ian, what a joke. Luckily for them the high winds hit on the other side of roof and the panels were somewhat shielded. They wanted to do permit inspection before checking out panels to make sure they worked properly. I found some parts to the panels laying on ground. I can look up at panels and you can plainly see hold down brackets missing. I've called 5 different times and every time I got different story about why you haven't been contacted. People just remember that a lot of their 5 star reviews are from employees or their family members. Now I'm waiting for November 25th for their response to check out panels and move forward. They don't call you they want you to call them. Not a company with good customer service. That's a huge problem here in Florida, All contractors are worthless on customer service.

      We had our roof and panels installed quickly but for 5 months have been receiving both a power bill and a bill for the panels. We were told that this would happen for a month or 2 but would not receive any more power bills after that. We cannot get ahold of anyone regarding our issues. We have emailed repeatedly and tried calling any number we could find. No one will return calls or emails. This is our 3rd power bill that we've received that we should not have gotten. We just want our equipment to work. We have 1 panel that has not worked, according to the app and your techs, since it was initially installed. For months we have been told someone would be coming out to look into it, no one has came out. We have reached out several times regarding this and it has not been resolved. We are really starting to regret our purchase as it has done nothing for us.

      SUNERGY, SUNERGY, SUNERGY. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA, BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND DISRESPECT WITH ANY COMPANY OR PERSON. FIRST OF ALL THEY HAVE THE BEST SALES REP EVER, BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THAT CONTRACT YOU'LL BE SURPRISED HOW THINGS CHANGE. THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS, HANDLE YOUR CONCERNS OR NOTIFIES YOU ON THE PROJECT AT HAND. I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR REROOFING AND SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATIONS 6 MONTHS AGO. THE ROOFING WAS DONE IN 3 DAYS AND STILL CAN'T PASS INSPECTION AFTER 5 VISITS BY THE CITY. THEY USE THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS AND HAD THEM INSTALLED BY THE CHEAPEST SUB-CONTRACTORS POSSIBLE. WE WERE IN BED ONE SUNDAY MORNING AND WERE AWAKENED BY LOUD NOISE ON OUR ROOF WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION THAT THE WORK WOULD START ON THAT DAY. WE MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE VERY DISRESPECTFUL ROOFING MANAGER WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD US THAT THE COMPANY DOES NOT DO INSTALLATION ON WEEKENDS. HE SIMPLY DISMISSED OUR CONCERNS AND TOLD US THAT HE DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY WERE COMING. THE ROOFING QUALITY WAS SO POOR THAT WE HAD HOLES CREATED IN OUR BACK PATIO {BELOW OUR FLAT ROOF) WHICH CREATED LEAKING THAT DESTROYED SOME NEWLY INSTALLED INSULATION AND OTHER VALUABLES THAT WERE STORED IN THAT SPACE. THE SHINGLES WERE LIFTING AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION AND THE EDGES LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE CUT WITH A DULL MACHETTE. WE SENT PICTURES AND VIDEOS SHOWING THE POOR QUALITY OF THE WORK DONE AND WE WERE TOLD BY JOE P. NOT TO TOUCH THE ROOF BECAUSE THAT WILL VOID OUR WARRANTY. THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT OUR COMPLAINTS UNTIL THE INSPECTOR CAME AND FAILED THE JOB. THEY THEN CAME AND PUT ADHESIVE UNDER SOME LIFTING SHINGLES AND TRIED TO FIX SOME OF THE COMMENTS MADE BY THE INSPECTOR. THE SHINGLES ARE STILL NOT FULLY FLUSHED ON THE ROOF. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE US $6000 FOR CANCELLATION BECAUSE WE REFUSE TO LET THEM INSTALL THE SOLAR BECAUSE THEY ALREADY DAMAGED OUR ROOF WITHOUT AN APOLOGY OR ANY URGENCY TO FIX IT PROPERLY.

      Professional, efficient and experienced! They are the best! My only issue though was the installation took awhile and they informed us it was because of the government regulations that we needed to follow. After several weeks of waiting, our panels are now installed and our neighbors are loving them too!

      A family friend suggested Sunergy to my sister, who also suggested them to me, so I said, why not? And this is one of my life decisions that I won't ever regret because I had a great time during the solar panel installation process. Additionally, I get to contribute in being environmentally friendly so it's a win-win. I give them 5 stars for their service!

      I signed up with sunergy the representative lied to me and it was fraudulently sold they had made me under the impression that I was getting a 100% offset on my solar after further investigation I found out that it would only be a 67% offset of my usage .Im thankful I found out before it was installed on my home do your research before signing up with this company .As they are a nightmare to deal with Even after calling sunergy to explain what happened they didnt seem to care and are trying to make me jump through hoops to cancel this .

      slow to respond to complaints about installation and the product, do training on how to determine efficiency do not pay their referral fees.

      Hi *******, It looks like you have talked to the office several times in the last couple of weeks. Based on the notes you are needing an energy audit. The only way to get that accomplished is by submitting 12 months worth of power bills for review. You requested to mail those into the office via the post office, That is absolutely acceptable form of submission, but be aware that the delays are due to delivery method. As soon as I receive the requested information, I can work up the audit for you.

      If you have concerns about your referral fee, that will need to be directed to your sales person. I have taken the first steps and reached out to them for you. Your Sales rep was Ken R******, he is the one who has offered a referral fee, and that will be taken care of from him.

      I will be back in touch with you as soon as I get the audit completed.
