      Had the sales Team over and they went over the figures on cost for the Solar System, versus paying my Electric Utility company LCEC, the numbers made sense, once we did the contract It took about 45 days to get my panels installed (delay due to permits) Once installed I can see a nice savings, I have had the system now for about 7 months and we are producing + than what we use. I did have an issue with one panel that stopped registering and During Hurricane IAN I had an issue with 2 panels additional panels. I made a few calls and got a hold of Ed and Wow talk about speed to resolve this, They are coming on the Feb 14th to installs 3 of my panels. Very glad I got hold of Ed.

      Panels were installed by this company in July 2022. The inspection failed due to missing engineer plans between August - September. After repeated calls and emails I was told there is no timeframe, but that the appropriate department has been contacted. It is now February 2023 and have not received final approval to actually use my panels and receive any benefit. I am currently paying for said panels along with FPL and still getting the same response / no response. In the time I have waited on resolving this I have had impact windows installed by a professional company with no issues. This company has offered no compensation, help, or anything resembling customer service or professionalism. This has been a terrible experience, stay away from this company.*******************************

      Where do I begin.
      Since day one it has been a nightmare with sunergy. We keep getting power bills. We keep getting billed and billed and billed. I contacted someone who assured me that they would help. They saw our power bill and said 'Oh, you're just using a lot of electricity' cut to a house that we keep at a moderate 75 during the summer, and turn off all A/C during the winter. We rarely keep lights on, and have the bare minimum running. We both work jobs during the day, and during the evening spend only a little time watching TV before going to bed. We are not home enough to have this much energy coming from us. I have been fighting for months and months and them saying the same thing 'Oh you're using more power and that's why you're getting a bill' So we're paying MORE than we were told at signing for solar panels, and our panels are ONLY producing 271kw of power a month. I got smart and called the power company. The power company did say 'Well, it was kind of not sunny for a week in December' But that doesn't explain the other months. I've contacted them through facebook, through email, through phone call and ALWAYS get an answering machine. Sometime I don't even get that. And I always get the same run around. Here's the thing, if we are not producing enough solar, that's not our fault. YOU were the ones who looked at the house and determined what was correct. That's LITERALLY what we pay you for. I have been shelling out loads and loads and loads of money for something that was supposed to save me money. And I've been told 'Oh we'll fix it' and NO ONE has fixed it. In fact when we first got the panels, they immediately started billing us but opsie doodles, Sunergy forget to hook up the panels and turn them on. Then they were like 'hehe my bad.' and gave us $600. I am THOUSANDS into my Power bill because of this company. AND YEAH I left a really nasty message to them, but I AM TIRED OF DEALING WITH IT. If I'm gonna keep paying for power, come get your panels

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hate giving a bad review unless it is necessary. The company Installed my panels back in August of 2022. When they installed my panels, they moved my AC handling unit causing for it to drain inside the unit flooding it. The water came out of the side and ruined my ceiling. I had no AC for two days untill I decided to go up and move it how it was before they moved it. It did the trick. I sent them pictures of the damage. I understand mistakes happens, but to leave me hanging for this long itis crazy. They asked me to call an AC company to get a quote, but nothing has been fixed. I have been calling about it and they keep saying that someone will get back to me. They sent three different techs from their company to come and check what happened but no one to fix it. Last I heard was that they were trying to say that my ceiling was not damaged by the problem. On a 2 years old house. At this point, I do not know if I have mold in my AC air ducts. I talked and texted many people including a manager and one of the partners, but no fix yet.

      We signed on 07/23/2022 and we were told by sale person that we will have free cheaper energy about 90 days. No meaning of COMMUNICATION. In Sept 8, 22 Solar panels were delivered. On Sept 13, 22 sub-contractor from another city came to install solar panels. They installed panels on wrong side of roof with trees blocking part of panels. Later on 09/21/22 Sunergy sent their own installers to remove and reinstall 26 400 Watts solar panels on correct side of roof.
      Inspection was performed by county inspector on 10/04/22 and unfortunately it failed due to wrong size of solar panels were installed which supposed to be lower than 400 W.
      on 11/11/22 Sunergy installers remove 26 400 W panels and replaced with smaller size watts panels. Since initial brackets are still on my wrong side of roof, I called service manager when they will remove the brackets? I was told after I start using solar. I asked him when that is going to be. He said about 2 weeks. Today is 01/04/23 and still need Inspection for 2nd time, Duke Energy meter replacement, and to check it is working. By the way Sunergy has been paid by Mosaic the Finance Co. on Sept 22, right after their installers installed the wrong panels without completing any other tasks.
      I received a first payment bill which was due end of December. So, I called Mosaic and told them exactly what has happened so far. I let him know I have already paid my Duke energy bill this month. First thing he said was it is part of your contract and you are responsible even if it takes more than 90 days. It is 5 months and 12 days so far. He created a complaint to investigate.
      So, Mosaic sent me an email to let me know that They have been unable to reach Sunergy Solar FL to review my complaint and as a result they closed my complaint. Law should not allow them to get away with this. The only thing Sunergy Solar FL accomplished for us is lots of heartache and stress at our old age. I would never refer this company to anybody.

      We had our solar panels installed in August, and now almost the end of November, we still unable to utilize them. The inspection process was delayed for 3 months due to the company messed up paperwork needed to submit to the city. And when the inspectors from the city came and found out the wrong system was installed and canceled the inspection. Therefore, we could not get permission to operate and use the panel. We keep contacting the company but they keep passing the tray around promising this and that department will call but still not heard anything. We paid in full and now the solar panels sitting on the roof deteriorating without being utilized. Please do not waste your time and money with this company.

      January 2020, I Purchased solar panels for $46,000.00. they said 24 panels would be enough for 1500 sq ft home. i said just to be safe, i don't want a power bill, i had them install 30 panels. I have had a power bill just about every month. i have been calling and emailing for months. they said send us 12 months of electric bills to do an audit. That was in June 2022, its now november 16 and still no response from Audit. This is what i get when i ask where the audit results are. Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. I don't do the audits, I've passed this information along to who does. Once we hear back from them, we'll be intouch. Have a great day! Customer Care ***************** Now i pay $190.00 per month for panels and $100-$250 per month for electric bill.
