  There is NO good or great communication at all with this company and they DO NOT DISCLOSE that there will be a LEAN against your home until loan is paid and YOU WILL NOT GET THE 10,000 tax credit to put back onto your loan when you file your taxes it just pays if you owe to the federal government and they are the worst at scheduling appointments and getting ahold of anyone I had to do all the leg work to get anything done WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH AND ALSO Don’t LET THEN FOOL YOU YOUR PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE YOUR LOW AEP AMOUNT IT WILL BE FOR THE FIRST COUPLE MONTHS BUT THEN THE PAYMENT GOES UP BE AWARE BE VERY VERY AWARE Don’t DO BUSINESS WITH SUNERGY OR ZEOENERGY OUT OF FLORIDA STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD GOR YOU

  Our Solar System was sold to us by Lumio Solar but before the total installation was completed they sold out and the company *** Energy Group took over. At first we were upset but being with *** has been so much better with Lumio we could not get ahold of anyone to answer our questions but with *** we do not have that problem *** answer whenever we call and there employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about any problems we think we are having. We were told by Lumio that our solar panels would be monitored so when *** took over we did not know if they would be monitoring them or not, then we received a call saying that there was a problem with some of our panels they set a day and time that someone would be out and the young man arrived on time, he explained what was wrong and once he had corrected what was wrong he came to the door and explained what had gone wrong and what he did to correct the problem. We are very happy with *** and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Solar panels. So far our electric bill has gone from 180. + to 85. So they do work, ******* will be our 3rd bill since they were turned on and the 2nd month only have the panels were working.

  I had solar panels installed on my roof through Sunergy, who I believe is now called Zeo Energy. At any rate I don't care what your name is as long as you stand behind your work, which you did. Enphase reported the problem to me. I was only creating 50% of the energy I should have. I called the number I had for Sunergy and I guess it was Zeo that immediately made an appointment to have someone come out and deal with my issue. They told me I was good to go; I should be able to validate that when I get my next electric bill. You see, you are never totally "off grid". The electric company should be buying back all my overage, of which there has not been by this point. I must say though, that the people I have dealt with are all very nice and concerned about my issues.

  My salesman way over promised and undelivered. My roof had about 10 years of life left in it.. until the hurricane hit.. now I need a new ******** was promised free **************** Synergy/Zeo will not return my ************ have repeatedly hung up on me. My salesman **** was also highly deceptive with the loan terms. Did I mention the panels havent even worked since the ************* are brand new! Now we get to pay the expensive solar payment & the electric bill. Steer clear of this company!

  Zeo Energy has been great, I previously had Sun Energy. My system went down after the Hurricanes here in *******, To my surprise Zeo Energy got my system up and running, even installed my consumption meter at no charge, Even tho I purchased from Sun Energy they never installed it. I will be calling Zeo Energy for all my solar needs great customer service and communication. Thank you!

  My solar panels were installed Sept 28th. Currently, they are still inactive, and I will be changed for the panel loan and electric bill for January. After talking to my loan provider, this company will receive little recourse if they do not turn on the panels. So there is little rush to a job they were already aid for. The plans were incorrect upon installation, and I was not informed until I questioned why the inspection had not happened after a month. The plans were changed and an inspector came out Nov 21. I was not informed of the inspection failure and not will need to wait for more plans to be written up and sent to have permits pulled for a fix on my system. The loan gives a 3 month delay to allow start-up. My contract says start-up is normally 30 days. I have been frustrated that this ************ company's product and process are so bad that I will be paying for my loan and my full electric bill. I have been told that I need to reach out to my sale *** get a refund for the electric bill. I was given an email for my sale ***resentative by the company that does not match the email that is on my contact. He has not responded to either email address. DO NOT do business with this company they do not have an expedited process and based on the other complaints this is fairly common. if you go with them fully expect to pay for the loan on the panels and your full electric bill while they take their sweet time to actually provide you with the service you thought you were paying for.

  The crew who performed the install was nice, but that's about it. The install design was wrong for a SECOND time after Sunergy submitted a change order to get it right, and failed again. Therefore my overall expectation of scope and engineering was flawed for the overall design. I attempted to cancel my second contract within section 2A of the second contract due to flawed design (discovered by install crew), however after going back and forth with the area install manager and Director (Brandon) in Utah, I had no other choice and was forced to move forward with the flawed design, or pay 20% of the equipment to cancel for a flawed design that wasn't my problem as the customer. This was an issue with Sunergy failed design overall. They never sent out a site engineer to measure and get the install correct. Just very unprofessional. Now my wife and I are stuck in a 25 year scam. Once the forced install was complete, I noticed that there was left over cabling and trash scattered throughout my property. In addition, damage to our basement flood windows (shattered covers) from dropping equipment. Overall, not a great experience with Sunergy out of the gate. Would not recommend anyone else sign on to their business. But again, install crew was nice.

  ZERO STARS: Walk around ***********, **, neighborhoods offering solar services, take a check and then are not heard from again. Guess I got Senior Taken, but I managed to stop payment before the check was deposited.
