    I want to give a massive shout-out to Lipton Window and Door! From the get-go, ******, the seller, was so helpfulhe showed me a sample for my future windows and sliding doors that really helped me picture everything. He answered all the questions that I had. The girls in the office were always super friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole process feel effortless and welcoming.On the big installation day, the team arrived bright and early, and by the afternoon, I was enjoying my beautiful new windows and door! When the inspector from *************** came to check everything out, he mentioned that they always do a fantastic job, which made me feel even better about my choice.Since my windows were installed on December 2, Ive loved the peace and quiet in my homeno more outside noise! It truly feels like the best Christmas gift I could have asked ****** happy to recommend Lipton Window and Door to all my friends and their friends, too! This experience has been fantastic, and I cant say enough good things about it!

    We have been putting off a home improvement project for replacement of windows and doors and had three very good community referrals coming to talk with us about the project. All three companies gave estimates very close to each other regarding overall cost and time to completion. We chose Lipton, hands down because of the professionalism and service ****** ******* brought into our home! He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us we weren't aware of even after all the research we had done in advance. We're looking forward to the same expertise in the installation of our upcoming home project so we can continue to refer Lipton to all of our family and community friends as well. P&M *******

    I recently had all the windows in my home replaced with impact glass. The entire process with Lipton was very seamless from the first visit, quote, and order through the installation process, inspection, and warranty. The entire team was extremely responsive, efficient, and professional. I would happily recommend Lipton Window and Door. Thank you for your exceptional work. I am beyond thrilled with the product and my overall experience!!

    From the start incomplete order to installing a broken window this installation has been a hardship. When contacting staff it is always new staff, former staff ,Covid, supply chain why the problem exists. No responsibility to the job except collecting the payment. I never should have paid in full when they installed the broken window. They assured me that necessary documents needed would be provided yet never followed thru. I had to contact them. Speaking to the general manager his response was very accurate He said it sounds like a bunch of excusespoint taken.They may be inexpensive however the customer service is very poor.

    I'm Sorry you had a bad experience with our company, I see that you were trying to sell your home during this process. Looking back on the notes in our system I see a lot of communication between our staff and yourself. I also see that a lot of communication was with your realtor at your request when you left out of state. Sometimes your realtor was not available when we tried contacting her. It's not her fault, she has other clients to work with. In an attempt to keep you on track to close on your property we did install a window that had broken glass at delivery. This does happen from time to time, unfortunately it happened on your project. We sent you and your realtor a promissory letter that the glass would be repaired at your request on 12/9. The glass was ordered and installed within days of the time it arrived. Unfortunately, we dropped the ball and did not order your door. No excuse! Shouldn't have happened. We removed the doors from your order at your request. At that time, we had to amend your permit with the county to remove the doors from the permit because if the doors were not installed, they would not pass the inspection. Once we did that, we called to schedule the inspection and on 12/16 your realtor called us to put the inspection on hold until the glass was replaced. We sent your title company a release of lien/ Contractors affidavit on or around 1/4/2023 as requested at that time. 

    Your inspection was completed 1/12/2023, and a service tech went out to put the final caps on your product on 1/16. You requested a letter of completion for the mortgage company on 1/16 and it was sent to you on 1/17. 

    I'm sorry again you were frustrated with the process. It is unfortunate that mistakes were made, and we do apologize for that. We are not perfect but when we do make a mistake, we try to correct it as quickly as possible.
