    I placed an order for Christmas through Snarky Tea's Instagram shop. Immediately after I received an email that I needed to confirm my payment method, I did and then I receive 2 alerts from *********** of 2 separate charges of $57.87 on my card, which put me over my limit. I reached out IMMEDIATELY to Snarky Tea about the issue with no response. I then received an email from *********** asking if I'd been double charged, I confirmed and they opened a dispute and credited me the $ back temporarily. After several emails back and forth and confirming with Snarky Tea, they told me on 12/27/24 that order ********* would be cancelled and refunded. In the meantime I received a refund of $5.30 for what I don't know. I then receive a dispute resolution letter (attached) from *********** stating that Snarky Tea says I received the product so now I will be responsible for the $ as they will remove the temporary credit they gave me. I also attached the order screen from Instagram showing my order was cancelled and refunded to my MasterCard ending in 8989, which it clearly hasn't been. I just want my money back! I placed and paid for 1 order and only received 1 order, not 2.

    Please an order with Snarky Tea on 2-17. The order was scheduled for delivery on 2-24 but was not delivered as expected because it was shipped with an incomplete address. We notified them on 2-26 that there was an issue with the delivery only to have them push it back to us to work with the shipper to resolve it. The package was ultimately returned to Snarky by the shipper and they have not refunded our money or responded the Paypal case. We posted comments on social media letting other know of our experience only to have them block us and not respond.

    I grade Snarky tea as an F!!! I ordered my starter kit and tea from Snarky tea over a week ago. The tracking information said that I should receive the order on 12/11/23. When I didnt get the order on 12.12/23, I messaged the business and got a rude response that they cannot do anything about it since they shipped with ***** Of course, all they want is consumers money and they could care less if I receive my item at all. This is not the way a business should be run. Then when I tried to write a review on their site, they blocked me!

    In regards to the complaint submitted by *************************, ****** placed her order with our company on 12/07/2023 and shipped on the same day at which point the **** would have issued an estimated delivery date. ******'s order was delivered on 12/14/2023. Please see delivery notification from the **** attached. Therefore, we do not believe this complaint is valid and should not be held against our company as we processed ******'s order within a timely fashion and her items were delivered.

    I purchased the "Chill Special Offer" from Snarky Tea online. The order included a ***** jar, strainer and bag of tea to make overnight iced tea. The purchase price was $29.99. After entering my debit card information and completing the order, as always I took a screen shot of the confirmation number (see photo). When the order confirmation was on the screen an image of a promo for a $14.99 bag of tea popped up on the screen and can be seen on my photo. I DENIED the promo because my order came with a bag of tea. When I received my order summary in my email I noticed that they added $14.99 to my order for that promotional bag of tea that I did not authorize. I immediately sent Snarky an email regarding this transaction and requested a refund. I received a response confirming that they would refund my $14.99. As of today's date that credit hasn't been applied back to my debit card. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer to get my refund. Thank you,*************************
