    I received my first order and it was missing an item. I followed up 4 times with customer service and still not 1 reply from Snarky Tea. Sad thing is I really like the tea but will never order from there or recommend Snarky Tea to anyone. Non existent customer service. I only wanted what I ordered and paid for. Terrible Snarky Tea, DO BETTER!

    I have ordered from this company for 3 or 4 years. Every order arrives quickly. Ive only had 1 issue, and it was resolved within an hour of me sending an email to customer service. The tea is tasty, and I will continue to be a customer for many years to come!

    This company is amazing. Women owned and family run! Not only do they sell amazing teas, but they have created an amazing community of support and friendship. People coming together for their love of tea and supporting each other through all that life throws at us. Customer service is amazing and works hard to take care of the customers. If only the **** could keep up with the orders shipped out!! If you are a lover of tea and snark, you NEED to look them up!!

    I have been a customer for almost a year and absolutely love the quality and variety of tea that is offered. I love the energy and passion that exudes from this small, woman owned business. I have reached out to their **************** twice, once for a general question and once for a package that was delayed by the postal carrier. Each time I was responded to promptly, professionally, and without further issue. I highly recommend this company.

    Snarky Tea is an amazing company. Their products are the best. Their staff is phenomenal. I have been a loyal customer for 3 plus years. In that time I have had 3 small issues. 1 was a missing item. I contacted them and they I had the missing item 2 days later. The other two were actually small errors with the website. The first was an order I placed after moving, I forgot to change my mailing address and the other a coupon code wasn't added. I contacted them and the issues were fixed within 1 hour of emailing them. This small woman owned business knows how to get things done and they prove it over and over again!

    I absolutely love Snarky Tea. There tea is delicious and the customer service is fantastic. They always introduce new flavors so you will always have great variety. This company is the best!

    I have been a Snarky Tea consumer for 3 years and have completely switched all my tea purchases to Snarky Tea. The quality is amazing, but the personalized customer service is truly above and beyond. ***************** and her team check in with her customers weekly for Friday ********* on FB. She created a community, Snark Squad, where consumers can share ideas and interact with other snarky tea drinkers. She supports consumers and tries to stay as connected to us as possible. It's my favorite women run small business.

    Love the teas *** the service. If and when a problem arises, they handle it very quickly and make it good. They have some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time.

    This is the best small business Teas I've ever tasted. Good shipping always new launches of delicious teas I'm always finding my new favorite plus a Tea of the month subscription. Plus a private FB page of ************* of people all supporting each other along life's journey. It's truly beautiful
