Dealership installed a new navigation system. After the install, our leveling system stopped working. We had a Mechanic tell us that the system was broken because of the nav installation. We called the dealership and they said they would fix it. After driving an hour to the dealership and waiting for them to look at it, they claimed it wasn't their fault. They wanted to charge us $700 to fix their mistake. We refused and took the ** back home. We discovered that they had damaged the leveling system control board during the navy installation, and we needed to replace the board with a new part ($400). They cost us hours of our time and $400.

      To whom it may concern,
************************* purchase a 2014 Sunseeker from ** on March 12,2021. The previous owner had ordered a new sofa which was included on the purchase contract. Since ************** lives in ******************** she wanted to have this work done in our *************** location.

We replaced the sofa in October of 2021. ************** made arrangements with CEI (subcontractor we recommended) to come to her home and replace the **** This was completed in July 2022. I spoke to ******************** and our service staff about the sublet *** / radio install.

According to ******************** the Sunseeker was up on the stabilizer ****s during his installation. He used the same power source as the original *** / radio and did not touch the power **** or its power supply. We have a repair order open on December 30, 2022, (5 months after the *** install)asking that CEI come in and review the installation of the *** because it affected her ****s according to her mechanic.

******************** did go down to *************** and reviewed the installation with ********************* our service manager. Both agreed that the *** was installed as the factory had installed the original one.

A few observations. The ****s were down when CEI installed the *** on July 30, 2022. If the board was bad how did ************** get the ****s back up and why didnt she notify us in early August. We understand circuit boards do go bad. Power surges, moisture, age, many reasons but it does happen often. We also understand that the 2014 Sunseeker is a rental unit used by various customers. I dont know if anyone could say what happened or what caused the board to go bad.

************** purchased the Sunseeker AS-IS with no warranty. She did not purchase an extended warranty at that time. As a rental it may not have qualified for one.
RV World did replace her sofa, repaired some latches, hubcap and replaced her GSP, as agreed. We will not be able to help her maintain her vehicle now or in the future.
