    I am so tired of my TV freezing. I have ************************** I'm by a small university of ****. I've called about this several times I've done all the right things please fix it.

    Price is right, service is sketchy. Freezes often & knocks you off the channel so that you have to open genplay again, ugh!! When they switched from wyaTV to genplay I had no service for 3 weeks. They gave me 2 free months, once someone (finally) emailed me. I should have learned the lesson because I'm without service the last 3 days on my livingroom TV and no customer service??

    I renewed my service 9/22/2023 for 3months and today asking for credentials, ************** but cannot anyone to respond to me..They have my money l have no service today..Abruptly just nothing!!!! This is robbery!!! no yext or emails

    Just Horrible. They take my money and gave me different instructions which I followed and the services still didn't work after spending additional money. ****** **************** ****** has not returned my calls or email's refunding my full refund.

    I have had WYA for several years. I have changed 20-30 friends and relatives over to WYA from cable. They recently did a major change to their server which caused a major disruption. Customers were not able to contact customer service in a timely manner. This roll-out of has been completed and the service seems to be back to normal. Admittedly, there is a slight learning curve, but nothing to difficult. It can be frustrating when you can't get customer service, but they respond better to emails. The trials and tribulations are worth it for the savings over cable. There is a huge difference in channels, movies and extra streaming services. Once the service is set up and the user learns how to navigate the service, you'll never look back to cable. If WYA is accepting new customers, you better jump onboard!! The savings are fantastic!!!!! I hope they never go out of business!!!

    I love the products for the most part. Sometimes the app freezes. Also I haven't seen a new release in a month a ND most aren't new. Movie aren't in the right categories. Ex. Some comedy is under horror. Other than that it's economical and had so much to offer

    I renewed my subscription on Dec 24th 2022 and I still have not received my new credentials. They took my money and have gone ghost I cannot get I touch with them and they have yet to email me back !

    Renewed my subscription and have no service. I called, emailed and went on live chat with no answer. I have an email saying my order was received. There is zero customer service. They stole my money!
