    I renewed my subscription and pd for 3 months. I still do not have service. I left several messages via phone and email. I have not received a reply. It has been over a week with no response from the company. I have called every day for over a week. There is no customer service. They take your money and give no service or response.

    I renewed my account WYATV on 12/17/2022. Today is 12/20/2022 and I still haven't received any service. They have responded to any calls, emails or chats. Something seems fishy.

    I pd on 8th and lost service on 17Th. Have called/texted numerous times to no avail. Username and password wont work and no one will send any new one. I have had ***** for two+ years and always pay my monthly bill early. I have never had this problem before. Im very confused about why its happening now. If someone would either call me or send me my new password and username so I can set up on my end. I love ***** but I dont like not being able to talk to a person when you have a problem. So here I am today on the 19th and still no service that I have paid for

    I renewed my subscription, I paid for three months. They took my money and I can't get in touch with no one in customer service. Why are these people are allowed to stay in business if they are stealing money from people

    WYATV took money ($86.50) out of my account on 10/03/22 for three months of service. On 11/30 I received a message stating my subscription was expired and for me to call or email to restore it. Ive emailed **************** multiple times. The phone rings and no one EVER calls back. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

    This streaming company has basically stolen my money. I renewed my subscription and was informed that I needed to install the latest update. I did so and it's telling me I'm over the allotted devices. I've made over 10 calls to this business as well as sent emails with NO response from them. I've been without the service for several days now!

    Ive had services with Wyatv for maybe a year only activate when time for football season 30 days at a time when my fianc can watch games on Sunday bc he is a tow truck driver late nights come with the territory he doesnt get to see all games but long story short I paid on 10/29/22 to renew service and I have not yet been activated with wyatv when app is pulled up on screen Error telling me my subscription has been expired normally right after payment its back on it been 2 days no service with them Ive been calling everyday since I paid and no one answers you have to leave a message. Very aggravated customer PLEASE ADVISE????

    Poor service and no response to connection issues. Was great, but last year has really fallen off.
