Ever since we have been in touch with this Broker Entrusted Van Lines and *****************. it has been h*** on earth. They initially lied about the initial deposit amount. Deceptively offered us $1000 discount and then almost refused a second estimate copy which ended up putting that price back on so the total deposit was $3575. When I told them I wanted to switch companies they falsly told me that the deposit would be "Non Refundable" I was ready to put a stop payment from my bank but they talked me down from that. On July 25th they were 2 hours late and arranged for us to do most of the moving the next day. We were then charged the rest via credit card. (Which they called several times saying it was declined and harassed us until we got that worked our with the bank) At no point was I provided with complete documentation. Then they contact us when we were still en route in ********** (Move is East Coast) to confirm a move day for August 7th then for weeks we did not hear from them for a confirmed date until August 30th. They still waited a full 24 hours after to load our stuff onto trucks. The final straw is that today they tell us they want to deliver tomorrow on Labour day and that because the driver "Doesn't feel comfortable" they were asking for an additional $1600 to use a shuttle service. We spoke with the local utility company and they said powerlines shouldn't be a concern. We are on a corner with clear space on either side. I tried to reason with them and work something out before becoming furious. We have contacted the local authorities, who have spoken with a man named ***** on behalf of *****************. Officer ************ informed them that "Semi Trucks pass through this street all the time." They will supposedly deliver tomorrow and if they can't as a last resort we have a nearby storage place we will have them deliver to us. DO NOT USE EITHER COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO

Good day, We would like to extend to you our most Sincer apologies regarding your recent move. The agent was correct when he mentioned the deposit was Non-Refundable. Estimates may be canceled penalty free, and deposits are fully refundable only if the customer cancels the move during the (3) day window. We were NOT willing to accept the liability of any potential electrical powerline damages were they to occur because of our vehicle striking them. We informed the customer that they had two (2) options:They could be responsible for paying the shuttle cost OR Have their household goods delivered to a semi accessible location to avoid shuttle fee.Thank you and have a great day.

Yeah btw this was within the first 24 hours of the check being written so 100% refundable. Your agent ****** tried to lie to us. ***** reviewed his conduct. Again the cop that took the statement informed ***** over the phone that Semi Trucks were permitted down the street. As a side note your warehouse workers damaged furniture and stole my moms jewelry and other various items are missing and there are visible signs that boxes were cut open. This has been documented and reported to them and the ****** I have nothing more to say, we're now left to salvage what we can of our lives that you ransacked over 40 days. The worst part is we paid you nearly $11,000 to deceive and rob us blind which is hardly fair

I Went through Entrusted Van lines for my move from ********* to ***** relocation. I also got my car shipped through them as well. I was quoted ******* for my move and I ended up paying ***** in total. After booking with them the actual moving company was 1st class movers out of ************, ** and when the 3 guys came to my hou7se they were drinking on the job. I was also demanded a ****** tip from the drivers which I didn't give to them. I have proof of Text messages r3equesting more money and I forwarded the messages to ******** the manager at Entrusted Van lines and also the manager at first class movers manager ***. *** wanted proof so i sent him screen shots of the messages. First class movers promised a date of delivery Aug 2, 2022 or Aug. 3rd at the latest. I didn't receive my stuff until Aug. 21 which I had to purchase allot of things to get my children and I by. My children started to school late and as a result she couldn't play volleyball her senior year which she is now depressed. All my important documentation was on the truck.. I didn't even receive an apology from Entrusted Van Lines. When I received my items they were scratched and screws were missing and they didn't put together all my furniture like they promised. Now on to getting my vehicle shipped I was quoted ******* and the driver demanded ******* I contacted ******** several times and she said she would give me aa refund of ***** but hasn't. My car was promised to be delivered on July 31, 2022 and I didn't receive it until Aug. 3rd and it was dented and scratched up. Beware off these 2 company's.

Good day ******,Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are so sorry that you received the less than satisfactory moving experience. During the phone call between the customer and the agent, we always inform our customer's that we are a brokerage company NOT a moving company. We work with only FMCSA licensed motor carriers nationwide. After the events that occurred at pick up, the motor carrier informed us that they terminated the ******* who conducted the customer's move. However, we did attempt to refund the $75.00 that was approved by management. However, a DocuSign was sent to the customer's prior in order to receive the refund. Please reach out to Entrusted Van Lines via email ******************************** or via phone ************** for any additional questions or concerns. Thank you and have a nice day.
