  They towed my vehicle .. the tow was 175.00$ now they said they own it since it was not picked up... he claims it now belongs to them the towing company talon transport.. llc. 5085 pan american blv nortport I do not own it yet they want me to pay ****** $ for storage of thir property or extort over 3 ****** $To take it even though They claim it is their vehicle

  This was an abandoned vehicle in the roadway - police generated tow. Towing charges follow state law and yes you now have a wrecker Lien as per your image you sent in on you for failure to pickup your vehicle. You were notified of the vehicle being towed by certified mail and went and picked your certified mail yourself as per the signature we have on file from delivery. Feel free to pay the bill to remove the lien from your drivers license.

  On 10/29/22 I was involved in a hit and run which left me upside down in the middle of I75. I had 2 different tow companies which I pay for ******** and my auto insurance included it. *** wouldnt allow me to call my tow truck companies or have it towed to a private secured location my family owns in ******. My vehicle had a no hold issued before they even took it. This company was then closed through the weekend so they stole my car and all my belongings including medications I needed. I arrived the next Monday with them saying I owed them hundreds of dollars for a service I didnt even need or want from them. I was forced to use this thieving rude and corrupt company. They sold my van and my personal belongings some of them my prescription medications. This whole situation was messed up the cops didnt even get the witnesses information for this accident. I was left totally screwed and severely hurt. Read the reviews they do this a lot and they are the only company *** uses which they are scamming people together and this should be looked into further. If nothing is done Ill go to the news. They already sold my van for scrap metal and then they put a lien on my license after I wrote a bad review and informed them of things missing including my medication which they didnt care about they just want money. I had to stop the tow truck people from going through my belongings while still at the accident, going through a bag of my clothing I yelled at them to stop going through my belongings. It wouldve been different if it was the cops but it wasnt it was Talons Towing. I dont think its right for such a corrupt company to be working alongside of law enforcement and forced to use this company when I pay for two other towing companies is unlawful. I didnt need them or want them taking my vehicle but they definitely shouldnt have been going through my belongings and they cant say they didnt because I was right there to witness it.

  This vehicle was involved in a major accident, FHP calls out next on rotation, in turn was our spot. *** does not wait on AAA to show up to upside down vehicles on the highway. This vehicle was under the surveillance of the owner himself, any and all belongings were picked up from the vehicle being upside down and belongings scattered everywhere. As for going through belongings, we cleaned up the accident scene. This was at 1130pm any missed cleanup of special medications that the claimant is claiming missing would be in the median of the highway. Our company does not go through vehicles or belongings. The claimant came in to get the vehicle on the following Monday and unfortunately there is charges due for the towing and up righting of the vehicle as per state statue. Claimant left vehicle at Talon over the time due to send the vehicle to auction of 35 days, waiting on insurance or possibly no insurance. Claimant now has a lein for a nonpayment of a tow bill and storage. Incorrect info from this person. We would like this removed from a disgruntled customer.

  I am rejecting this response because: they stole my medication out of the bottle. The bottle was there but 7 of my ****** were missing. Luckily they didnt find my ********* because I had it in a sock rolled up so it wasnt out in the open. I had other tow options as well with my insurance company. I told the cops I couldnt afford to go in the ambulance which I needed too. I couldnt afford any tow company but my own. This is exactly what these situations are for emergencies. Whats the point of me paying for this if Im not allowed to use it. They didnt even show up for 2 hours while I was suffering on the side of the road. We were there until almost 1am. They would not allow to make any calls even though its my property. This is criminal they stole my vehicle without my consent and I was forced to watch them go through my belongings with their filthy gloves in my designer swim suits. They got black marks on multiple suits because they were just going through my stuff on scene that was already inside my car. I watched them take it out and start going through it. I had another option of my father too who could have came immediately and hauled my car out himself. Since the cops couldnt wait I think thats your problem with FHP then since they couldnt wait and strong-arming someone to extort them is illegal. Plain and simple. They tried the bottle fell out with me too and i straight up told them I had 10 now I have 3 and reading other reviews I know these people stole it cuz the cops didnt look through my belongings.

  Sounds to me like your complaint/concern is with FHP. They went through your vehicle, belongings and confiscated your drugs. Your statement says it all - drugs hidden in socks and placed in inconspicuous places.

  Used them to tow a pontoon on a trailer to a trailer repair shop on 07/31/2024 for $1293.75. They caused damage to the trailer in transport (damage to the axle: see trailer repair report). The damage came to $1180.26. When I called Talon Transport and Towing, they refused to accept responsibility and even discuss what happened and hung up on me.

  This person hit a curb blowing out tires which he replace at tire kingdom witness** by myself personally. After this show we receiv** a call begging for help since no towing service in the county would help him. Apparently after he left the tire kingdom is when he call ** us approximately 1 mile from our shop. Here we found a badly damag** trailer from another driving incident **** knif** is just a guess looking at the damag** caus** by his rental truck.

  Transaction occurred 1/26/23 Company told me they'd charge me $250, when I attempted to contact a competitor it was them listed on ****** as a different name.They told me go f*** myself or pay $450, I was broken down at 2 a.m.I was deceived, and threatened with having my vehicle kept if I didn't pay.
