    This company towed my truck and charged my 3 times for towing a 2 times for mileage on a tractor and trailer attached.

    Very unprofessional. Calling a 16 year old boy names. Never use this company!!! Will also be calling the police, can't believe they use them. ********** residence, we need to do something about this.

    Have used Talon Towing multiple times in the past, after my last experience we will NEVER use Talon Towing again. My bill was $450.00 in which once I heard about the tow, I called the driver to pay. ( I didn't know how much the tow was going to cost because my husband usually takes care any towing that we need). The driver didn't inform me of the $15.75 "Convenience Fee" to use my credit card to pay. When I got home I informed my husband that I paid the towing company and told him how much. After doing so he asked me as to why it was so high in comparison to all our past tows with them. Today after receiving the wrong bill in my email me and my husband called to ask why it was so much compared to previous times, the owner told us he shouldn't have to explain the charges to us and was extremely rude and arrogant for no reason as to we were completely calm, and just asking politely about the bill. After about 2 minutes of the man being so rude to my husband, I took over the phone call and just tried to explain to him that we weren't trying to argue the bill considering we already paid it, we were just wondering what the charges were for and how were they so high compared to previous tows? He went off on me, I then proceeded to tell him that I was going to leave a negative review then of our experience and his reply was "Go ahead, join the rest of them" This is not how to operate a company, and this is NOT how you communicate.

    This was one of the most unprofessional business I have ever walked into. Randy who sits up front gave me papers to sign and on the last sheet of paper it states that I have inspected the vehicle for damages or theif. I kindly asked if I could set eyes on the car before I signed the paper. Immediately Randy got very defensive and upset that I would ask to see my vehicle. I told her in a very calm tone that I feel uncomfortable singing this paper if I did even look at my car. I told her I would leave my car key with her and just set eyes on my car. Randy proceeded to yell at me and cruse at me and told me I wasn’t allowed to see my car until I signed the paper. This made my me feel very uncomfortable because I didn’t understand why she was adamant about me not being allowed to see my car before signing the paper, it truly made me feel as if they had damaged my car in the towing process. Anyways I proceeded to explain how I felt uncomfortable with signing that paper stating I inspected my vehicle for damages. Randy not only insulted me she slammed both her hands on the table and threw her pen while getting up from her seat and storming out of the office through the back door. Randy never appeared again and I had another person take care of me. I was able to look set eyes on my car and didn’t understand the big deal. As mentioned this company handle my situation incredibly unprofessional and I’m appalled with this situation. I will also email the city about the tow company they’re using that is suppose represent the city.
