  Let me start by saying, if you're in the market for a new roof and you don't care about communication or responsiveness, Bison Roofing might just be the perfect fit for you. But for those of us who value professionalism and basic courtesy, steer clear. From the moment we signed the contract, it was like pulling teeth to get any response from Bison Roofing's management. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and it felt like we were shouting into the void. It's as if they took our money and then disappeared into thin air, leaving us in the dark about the progress of our project. However, I must give credit where credit is due: the actual roofing crew that showed up to install our new roof was fantastic. They were punctual, courteous, and their workmanship was impeccable. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, unlike the management team who seems to take pride in avoiding their responsibilities. But here's the kicker despite the lackluster communication and frustrating experience with management, the end result was undeniably impressive. Our new roof looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work done by the crew. So, if you're willing to endure the headache of dealing with unresponsive management for the sake of a stellar roof, then by all means, go ahead and choose Bison Roofing. But if you value your sanity and expect basic professionalism from the company you're doing business with, I'd advise looking elsewhere. After all, a great roof is important, but it shouldn't come at the cost of terrible management.

  A year and a half project and still not completed. Numerous calls for updates and status all unanswered. My patience is extremely thin for this company. I have not heard for them in 3 months. Roof is good but solar project remains unfinished.

Customer experience is at the center of what we do, and we are committed to deliver a great final product for you.  Please understand that the primary cause of the delay on your project has been a result of months delayed reviews and have repeatedly escalated the matter with the *****************.  We understand that other solar installers have had similar issues with Hollywood.  We know this does not change your experience; however, please know that this has not been for lack of persistence and effort.  We have fallen short on communicating these efforts with you consistently along the way, and for that we apologize and understand your legitimate frustration.

  OK, I left a truthful complaint after 4 months of Bison's run-a-round. AFTER complaining to the BBB later that day my issue was resolved. Coincidence (like a bill crossed in the mail) or Bison got to work after I made the complaint. Anyhow, Bison came and fixed my solar and finally got it done to my satisfaction. I should not of had to complain for 4 months to Bison. Then finally go to the BBB but thats what it took. My 1st and only complaint to BBB in 72 years has been resolved.
