    Buyer Beware! The home is great but some of their choices for sub contractors do not take pride in their work. And they do not pay their suppliers in a timely manner. Our floor was installed Apr 1, 2023. Today is Dec 16 and the floor supplier has not been paid and we received a notice that a lien could be put on our home because Weitlund has not paid. Weitlund received our money for the flooring. What did they do with it? Weitlund is slow to respond to the client, sometimes not replying or taking care of a client at all. We have been in our home since June and the closet doors are still not installed. Our shingles sat bundled on our roof, uninstalled for 5 weeks, even tho we called to inquire why.
