    Absolutely terrible. Guarantees were advertised and never honored. Horrible customer service. I am curious if a lawsuit would has ever been filed against this company for stealing given all the other reviews here. Similarly to other experiences, my ad spend was paused , guarantees not honored. No profit made and loads of excuses, subpar / absent communication along the way. Completely misaligned to initial discussions had with the company and the advertising.

    I had many problems with Moy Media. The processes were very slow, and I never achieved any profitability with the automated store. Responses were slow or nonexistent, often filled with lies. At this point, I don't believe they actually run a business of creating automated stores; it really seems like they just take customers' money and work with it for a year without any interest. Personally, I had to open a case with my credit card company to get my money back due to the numerous breaches of the contract. They basically violated every point. I filed a claim with my credit card company and was able to get my money back thanks to this. Moy Media refused to issue any refunds until a year had passed, always having an excuse like "not enough time has passed," "we'll look for another product," "it's the season," etc., just to delay and hold onto my money longer. We customers are the best bankthey borrow our money for a year without paying interest and repay us with excuses and lies. Stay away from this scam

    This company is a borderline scam. Once I invested the initial 5k for a Shopify business, communication from **** was almost non-existent. Many products they selected for my shop weren't even related to the niche I selected (fitness). I never profited a single dollar, and in fact lost approximately $800 during my time with Moy Media.For approximately (3) months, the store was halted. Besides a Chinese holiday explanation, staff did not communicate the reason.IMPORTANT: When I was ready to leave the company and be done with my store, I requested a refund (after 12 months), which was stated in the service agreement. I was told the refund of the initial 5k investment would not be honored due to the minimum daily advertisement spend not being met. What the support team failed to realize was they did not add up one of the columns which included additional money spent on advertising. I attempted contact with **** (never answered me), other staff, and client support. All either never responded or were not very helpful. Finally, I had to reach out to my bank in attempts to dispute the 5k charge. I'm unsure if Moy Media refunded me or my bank, but I was eventually credited the money. In the end, it was a complete waste of time and mentally draining. I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!*************** is the face of this company. ****, if you're seeing this, you should think of a more ethical way to make money.

    I signed up with ***************, The *** of Moy Media LLC 5 months ago. He had a great sales pitch and promised me that for my $5,000.00 that I would be up and running in 4-6 weeks. Also, I should not worry because they offer a 12 month guarantee. I joined and then I found out that his "team" is in ***************. Then found out that you can only speak to them through an app called Concord. So after numerous text through ******* the only thing that I have received is excuses after excuses as to why nothing is happening. We went from Shopify problems to a month long ***** holiday to more problems with this and that. So, ?i reached out to *************** himself, The guy that sold me on his company and that will tell you anything you want to hear, you just have to give him a "hell yeah", to ask for a refund. He said he needed to get with his "team" to see what they can do. I was told to hold on things are moving forward. OK cool. Then the original **** }Precious" from *************** that was working with me through Concord was gone after I asked for a refund and a new **** ***** started helping me. Then the "***** Holiday" was the issue. Still nothing only please be patient excuses. So, finally I asked if I could at least see one of there clients stores so I can get an idea of what I'm looking at.. They said they cant do that. I personally would want anybody I can get to come to my store. That's called a potential customer. They finally sent me a text saying "Hi *****. Your store is done! You can take a look her: https//ede926-myshopify.com/ all products and contents are just mock-**** We will change products once we finalize them. So after 5 months and $5000 I got a non functional website that my 8 year old grandson could have made in an hour tops. I have reached out to *************** several times asking for a refund with absolutely no response whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM *************** "MOY MEDIA LLC" WHAT A JOKE! NOTHING BUT BS! Save your money!

    Signed up 6 months ago, and have not made a single dime!! I paid for the highest package which was 30,000 dollars, which came with a 12 month money back guarantee. The CEO, Alex will just tell you anything to get you onboarded, and mislead you with how the service is going to be. I asked Alex to give me the trajectories of what my store should be doing, and he told me usually by month 4 clients have recouped the whole 30,000 in profit. So I took that information with consideration knowing how averages work, so I did not expect to be right at 30,000 by month 4, but somewhere in the ballpark. But as I mentioned, here I am at month 6 and have not made a single penny! Not to mention the communication with Alex is horrible, can’t make meetings or respond to text, and the store takes much longer to set up than advertised. Alex will be great with communication when you sign up, but after he gets your money he will go GHOST! !!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!! This is an advertising company, so when they tell you about the success you can have they are doing just that, advertising. I requested a refund because of the misleading information, and they didn’t get back with me for over two weeks, just to read me off the contract saying I have 6 months left. So here I am with NO PRODUCT STILL, let alone making money, waiting as my money is hostage with a company that under delivers. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
