    I came across Moy Media LLC, owned by **** ***, where their business promised investment returns on ******* store within 1 year or provide a full refund. They asked for a $30k investment for their full services to develop store, marketing and advertising, ********, sales, and reporting. The contract described that the initial $30k in net profits will be returned to me within 1 year, then Moy Media and I will split the net profits 50:50. They promised store will be up and running within 30 days. However, ****** team delayed launch of the store, conducted "soft" launches to test products and ads, and continue to push back full launch of the store. In December 2024, they shared they were having a special to pre pay for the inventory of products they get from their distribution partner where depending on how much I pre paid, they would provide a discount from the distributor on the cost of inventory. After a couple of discussions, I paid $7,500, totaling my payments to **** *** to $37,500. They then launched the ******* store some time around January 2024. To handle communications and updates, ****** team set up a discord page and created a private channel for each of their partners, me included. By July 2024, ****** team shared that they will halt the store based on their own decision to refresh the store, rework the marketing and product strategy then relaunch when ready. I checked up on the team every couple of weeks, getting the same update that they are working on it and will share updates soon. By October 2024, the discord channel was deleted and disappeared from my account. I tried emailing **** and his team since October 2024 but almost all members except for ****** email bounced and have had no contact or answer since. As it has been well over a year since the store has been launched and have been trying to contact **** with no success, I would like further investigation on **** ***, to get the $37,500 back that I invested and was promised full refund.

    Paid Moy Media for a done for you shopify store. Made it clear with the agent that i want a done for you program, not a course. This company also promised money back guarantee. Spent 1500/mo on ads, no performance at all. Told my assigned rep ******* that i want my money back, told me to email customer service. Emailed twice, no response..and they deleted me on the discord app. They are very dishonest. Stay away..they are garbage.

    I paid Moy Media $5000 to open and stock a shopify shop on 01 Oct 2003.. They promised to share profits once I recoup my original capital.

    Entered into an agreement with Moy Media LLC for an automated Shopify Store with an initial investment of $15000. The agreement also stated a full refund if the initial investment wasn't recouped in the first 12 months. Had a few orders from the ******* store but there has been no movement for the past 6 months. For the past 3 months, there is no contact from Moy Media. There is no reply when I reach out to them on Discord. I just need for them to honor the agreement and refund my money if they are not going to honor their end of the deal.

    On 10/23/2024, someone, I am assuming from Moy Media, logged into my accounts (since they had access) and made changes, removing my account recovery email addresses ***************** and rizzelle@***.media) and replacing with the email: ************************* I feel like it is an attempt to cover their tracks. I was able to regain access to the business email and make security changes including changing the password so that they are not able to access these accounts any longer. I have attached the emails that show this activity.

    Moy media is a total scam. Took $5,000 of our hard earned money and never did what they promised. A lawsuit will be filed by the end of the week seeking damages. Totally ghosted us and will not return any messages.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Moy Media for breach of contract and failure to issue a refund.I signed up for their ******* ************************ under the Silver Package, paying $5,000 in December 2023. According to the contract, Moy Media guaranteed that if my store did not generate a return on investment within 12 months, they would issue a full refund. Despite this, my ******* store has had a negative ROI from the beginning and has been stagnant for the past three months.Recently, I discovered that Moy Media is shutting down its business this month, which effectively breaches the contract. Their closure prevents them from fulfilling the remaining obligations, making it impossible for them to continue providing the agreed-upon services. I have requested a refund based on these facts, but I have yet to receive any confirmation that my refund will be processed.Their failure to honor their guarantee, combined with the impending closure of their business, has caused significant financial strain. I kindly ask the BBB to intervene and assist in resolving this matter, ensuring that Moy Media processes the refund as per the original contract terms.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I entered into an agreement with Moy Media, LLC of ************* in September 2023. Moy Media required a $5,000 payment and have subsequently invoiced me for approximately $2,000 for products. I paid this, and all other daily invoices. *** was required under our contract to create a website, Shopify store and a TikTok advertising account. The website was to be complete in 4 weeks, it took 10 weeks. *** was required to secure drop shipping from a third party supplier, expert media buying, order ********************** service, winning product support and research, custom viral creatives domain and niche selection, TikTok advertising, ********************** 24/7customer support, Direct access to *************** (Moy Media owner). Moy Media will not return phone calls and or messages via their communications app, DISCORD. Long story short, Moy Media is a fraud. They kept my money and have not run any ads in months. They have failed on ALL items in our Agreement. They have had my $5,000 deposit since September 2023 and have never produced any kind of ad campaign as they promised they would. Recently, I received a message from them asking for yet another $6,000 for a "new" program. Moy Media is a Scam, *************** is a fraud, and they refused my REPEATED requests for a full refund. Anyone who reads this, please do not send this company one dime of your hard earned money. They are thieves.
