      took my golf cart in for evaluation of a noise...they couldnt find it after having it for days, but i could have it 'gone over' with new tires, batteries & complete check & have a 'better than new' cart....a lot of $$$ went into service....cart returned, noise still there...then 1 of the brand new batteries had to be replaced....asked to look further into the noise of 'metal on metal' rubbing...again, they couldnt find it...finally 2 neighbors went under the cart & found a broken bracket against the frame...why didnt ocala golf cart service find that???...went back & spoke with the dealer's ************** sales staff threatened many times to call the police...im 5' tall & not 120 lbs...how much of a threat could i be...the refund he offered me, he rescinded & asked me to leave the premises...his sales staff voiced numerous threats to me, about calling the police...i felt very uneasy, asking them to mind their own business....but they too, threatened police action....no way to run a business...they overcharged me, didnt find the problem and wouldnt respect a customer...instead, they chose to overpower me with their actions....BAD EXPERIENCE...horrible way to treat a woman....BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT....

      Ocala Golf Cart has thus far refused to return a 20%, almost $3,000 deposit for a golf cart that I was buying but then decided to hold off on. I never visited the store, picked out a cart or finalized accessories for the cart should I had on thru with the purchase. They basically have stolen my $3,000 and I have been forced to get Bank of America involved to void the charge.
      My contact there was a person named Art. At one point he agreed to return the money but did not. These people are not to be trusted. I will be sharing this experience with Crimes against Seniors here in the Villages as well as on Nextdoor.
