1 starI have been a customer of ********************** since January 2020. My lawn has always been beautiful UNTIL last year. It started with 2 bald patches in my front yard which turned into much larger spots including backyard. Then the majority of my grass felt like a toupee squishy on top with no roots underneath. Each month I would call and tell the service, something is killing my lawn. After MONTHS of not applying the proper treatment, the majority of my lawn died. In March, I found grub worms. Had a manger come out and look at the dead grass I showed him the picture of the grub worm. All he did was make excuses. The lawn did not die overnight; it was killed over a period of time the time when Massey should have been correcting the problem when I first told them about it last year!I decided to give them the chance to try to save it, so, on January 27, 2025 I paid for one year of lawn treatment in the amount of $********* May it was dead. I called and canceled my service on May 13, 2025. I explained to Crystal why I was canceling. She said the credit has to go to Corporate for approval.I have called on the following dates in regard to my credit: May 22, 2025 June 09, 2025 June 20, 2025 no one answered, just rang & rang June 23, 2025 Twice I have been told it was approved by Corporate, but I do not have access to that part of the system to see it. I was also told I should see the credit by the end of week June 13, 2025. So, I called June 23, 2025. Spoke with another lady who put me on hold. Came back to tell me verbatim what ******* said to me on June 9, 2025 with the exception of when I will have my credit as well as she would call me back later that day with an update, which did not happen.I am extremely disappointed in the care of customers lawns and customer ********************** handling canceled accounts and issuing credits. Jasmine or ******* ***** Hispanic girl came by the house. Wanted to check the irrigation, did some s*** and I have a $500 water bill bc for 2-3 days I ran 20k gallons. You can see on my camera the day she comes, and that exact day the water sky rockets. Massey wont even return calls knowing they ****** up: said theyd come out and take a look we have the graphs from the city showing our water usage: and the time and date stamp on the ring of Massey being in our yard. But as youd all expect they say theyre sending a manager out 3-4 times already but nobody shows. Dont let them touch your irrigation for any reason. These dumb f**** f*** it up then wont hold their self responsible. Nobody can own up to their own actions.Massey Services, Inc.

My *********** have had excellent service from Massey. Our landscaping is beautiful & it was completed so quickly with about 20 men working at once. Our lighting of about 25 lights is just so attractive. The quality & how the wiring was placed in the ground. We liked that they came with a 10 year warranty & that if we had a problem we could call Massey to help. Not just your run of the mill lighting. Just today I called about *********** are sending someone out tomorrow.Massey Services, Inc.

Waisted a day of my life waiting on this company to treat my lawn. Was given a certificate for a one time lawn treatment as part of purchasing a new home from DR ******* Had an appointment, no one showed or even bothered to call back with an explanation, even after I attempted to reach out to them numerous times throughout the day. Would not recommend this company for anything. *** had good experiences with all other contracted associates with ********************* but this company is NOT up to their standards, in fact, far from it.Massey Services, Inc.

Massey refuses to honor written contract No matter how many times I call Massey, they refuse to honor the contract I paid for and perform a spring aeration on my lawn with Massey Services - GreenUp Villages Service Center - *******************************. My "Landscape Service Agreement" has a "Monthly Landscape Service" section that explicitly includes "Annual aeration". They keep telling me that someone is coming out to do the aeration but no one ever shows up.Massey Services, Inc.

Massey charged my credit card $225.00 for a 25 minute irrigation service call, that resulted in my problem being fixed. As the technician put it... "it was a super simple fix." He moved some wires in my controller, and that's about it. I have his movements on camera, It was not the problem given to me by the inspector, yet they still charged me for it.Massey Services, Inc.

I was sent an invoice for services completed on 4/30/25. Issue is I have video proof the technician never got out of the vehicle. They promised a technician would also come back out a few weeks after initial treatment to check on effectiveness and they never did.Massey Services, Inc.

I have officially ended my service with Massey Services after a deeply disappointing experience. In 2020, I had them install Sentricon bait stations at my home. Since then, they've conducted annual "inspections," but not once have I seen evidence that each bait station was properly opened and examined as required. In fact, I have photographic evidence proving that many of the bait stations were never opened during these visits.During the most recent visit in 2025, I received a report stating that "all stations were checked and everything looks great." However, according to the report, the technician was on-site for only 17 minutes and supposedly inspected all 36 stations. That claim is simply not credible. Six of those stations are located in our atrium, which requires us to be home to provide accessa fact Ive communicated to Massey multiple times over the past five years. Despite this, no one from Massey has ever contacted us to coordinate access for inspection or responded to our requests.After the technician left, I personally inspected the bait stations and found clear signs of termite activity. Several bait devices were visibly one-third depleted, which, according to ******* (the manufacturer of *********), means they should have been replaced. This did not happen.When I called the *************** and voiced my concerns to the general manager, I was shocked by his response. He told me, Youre not paying us to check bait stations; youre paying us for insurance. If you ever get termite damage, well cover the cost of repairs. That logic is baffling. Shouldnt the goal be to prevent termite damage in the first place by properly maintaining the system?After five years of payments and subpar service, Ive decided to switch to a different provider for Sentricon servicesone that takes inspections seriously. I cannot in good conscience recommend Massey Services to others.Massey Services, Inc.

I contacted Massey to cancel my service after selling my home. During the call, I was informed that a 30-day notice was required to terminate the agreement. However, the contract I signed does not specify a 30-day notice period; it states that I may cancel at any time after three days following the initial service. I clearly communicated that I no longer own the property and requested that no further services be performed.Despite this, a technician was sent to service the lawn, and I was subsequently billed. This is concerning, given that I explicitly stated the service should be discontinued and that I am no longer the property owner. I am still in the process of trying to resolve the cancellation with Massey.Massey Services, Inc.

what can I say, what is already saying from everyone here I am with Massey 10 years and today I am finding some one else, you all prove me right,Massey got to big and has allot of loose end, no accountability for there staff,I had 2 manager at my house they both not respond or fallow up with me, my grass has huge patch weeds everywhere.I am done with this Massey I am done with you, please let **** know why he's loosing so many costumers.Massey Services, Inc.
