      Don't employ their service. I have started to spread the word with my neighbors and friends.

      Massey Services, Inc bought out a local pest control service that had been servicing my home. They notified me morning of that they would be out to provide service. My agreement with the prior service was Saturday treatments only and had to be pre-scheduled due to pets. When Massey notified me that they were on their way to my house in the middle of the week, I told them to cancel services since they could not meet the commitments of the prior company. They sent me a bill for the service they never completed, scheduled me again, threatened me with needing to pay the bill for the prior service they never completed when they were "on their way to my house" again. It took 4 phone calls and multiple texts to ensure they removed my name & address from their service list and I still receive invoices for the service they never completed. What a mess.

      Massey Services has failed to provide the weed services that were contracted and paid for in advance. My house watcher has provided pictures of weeds growing out of the beds and on to the walks and driveway. I complain to Massey Services and they promise to address the issue. After five months of complaints, I still have weeds. If Massey is providing any weed service it is inconsistent and not effective.

      We have had weed and pest lawn care services with Massey for 10+ years. They have serviced our irrigation system as needed during this time as well. My property is in a different state than the 1 I reside in. My neighbor took pictures may 12, 2022 of a small brown spot in my fro t yard. I called Massey immediately and got the usual we'll take care of it.
      It is now August, the brown spot is now half the front yard. I have been in touch with 2 different supervisors as well as the office staff to no avail. They have my money as we have paid in advance for years and recently paid for a sprinkler maintenance program. I am in search of a new company as my confidence in Massey is as poor as there service.

      UPDATE:
      After posting a negative review on 8/8/22 both the manager and regional manager personally worked to correct my situation. My lawn is now looking much better and I am confident it will continue to improve.
      Massey Services took full responsibility and the improvement, repairs to my lawn were made free of charge. I am happy to say my stress regarding this issue is over!

      We hired Massey Services to care for our newly landscaped property. Several times we complained about bare sections or lawn or highly dense weeds in our new lawn. The supervisor had to come out several times after repeated complaints. Every spring we had the same problem. It got to the point that the supervisor would not respond to our attempts to contact. We cancelled the service. Several days later they came to do service and my husband notified the technician we had the cancelled the service and to not do anything. The technician did the service even after he was told not to. We received a bill for the service and now we are being told they will send it to collection if we do not pay it. We are being billed for a complete service and the technician was allowed to access the back yard and we did not authorize the treatment at all.
