me and my family have been living a property managed by Crossroads Realty, the home is full of mold, this problem has been reported to crossroads more than once. there has been ample documentation provided to management company through the duration of my stay in this property. Their resolution is for me its not the Managment responsibility company. I have attempted this as well as bleach sprayed on the mold spots as recommended by management. the problem has not been resolved and continues to spread and get worse. This has caused complications to my family's existing medical conditions. We have been force to find housing elsewhere because of managements unwillingness to assist with resolving this health and safety concern.

We are aware of the above mentioned issue. We advised the tenant on ways to recitfy the problem. When the tenant informed us that it was not rectifiable, we advised them to vacate the property as soon as possible as per the mold adendum portion of their lease.

Your typical run of the mill property management company, uses their own "vendors" to do repairs and pocket the extra. Failure to have a direct line to anyone other than then office secretary makes it hard to conduct business in a timely and efficient manner. Lackluster attitude about doing the job of property management and more focused on obtaining there earnings, which is not good for the property owners or tenants as the homes slow degrade due to bandaid repairs.

This tenant vacated the property at the end of their lease terms. We sent them a move out procedures checklist on August 27, 2024, prior to their move out on October 31, 2024. This list included carpet cleaning, trash pick up, and basic interior and exterior cleaning. We retained the security deposit because they attempted to touch up the paint in the home, however, the paint did not match. As they did this in each room, we had to paint the entire interior of the home. We also had to haul off the trash that they left in the front yard upon vacating the property and have the carpets cleaned.
