      Misleading web ************** Fees PDI and Commissions are over 50% additional to the advertised price.A trailer listed at $13,845 should not be $22,268 "out the door" .I tested the amount with 2 different used trailers in the same price range, one in writing, one over the phone. $14,655 become "24 or ******".

      I received a recall notice for my 2024 Wildwood Heritage **** 325RL. I contact the manufacturer for service. They informed me that Optimum RV sales in *********** could provide the warranty work. FR also informed me that it was a 5 hour job. I contacted Optimum RV, they said, "yes they could provide the service, and they would order the parts, and call when the parts were in. I received a call and took the camper in on March 13th. Two weeks later, I had not heard from them, so I went and checked on the camper out of concern. When I pulled up, there was plastic taped to the front of my camper. They had damaged my camper and had not notified me. Upon confronting them, they stated they were going to call me that day, but yet they had my camper wrapped up with an apparent hole in the nose by the pin box. I asked what they had done, and they stated, "We dropped it while moving it." I have utilized this camper less than 5 times. I purchased the unit in August just 5 months ago. The tech assured me they would fix it or replace the front cap. Two additional weeks went by with no contact from Optimum, so I went to the shop, and my camper was still sitting as I had left it. They told me the parts were not in, a week two weeks later still no update. I called and they stated the parts came in on April 21, but yet they had told me they had the parts. I went to the shop to see my camper sitting on its hubs directly on concrete with no support. They stated on April 28 that they were going to move the axles forward as suggested by the mfg. I went by on Monday May 15th and my camper is sitting in the lot. Optimum told me to choose a comparable model off their lot and they would, "Make me a deal." I found one on their lot in *****, called them they are going to charge me transport fees and essentially told me that they would trade me for my camper and $86,000. I put $20,000 down on my unit, I owe less than 35, and I want my exact RV replaced. My new RV is now not trust worthy.

      On January 31st, I purchased a 2018 ************* Renegade Villagio Class B+ diesel motorhome, VIN 25UCB *****************, and their premium extended warranty package. Despite the warranty's promise of comprehensive coverage, including tires, the generator failed and I had to pay it out of pocket because they didn't want to cover it. I have repeatedly been denied coverage for necessary repairs. Currently, the motorhome is inoperable due to a malfunctioning electrical charging system, a repair they refuse to cover. Since May 12th, I have politely requested a cancellation and full refund of the $24,959.00 warranty, but my requests have been disregarded. While I understand there was a 60-day cancellation period, their inaction has prevented me from exercising this right. The warranty's lack of coverage is unacceptable, especially considering the significant cost. A full refund would allow me to address the necessary repairs and use the motorhome, which I purchased for $117,000. I would appreciate assistance resolving this matter. Thank you.

      Hi,I had started a process to buy an RV, then the deal didn't go through. But they had already took my Down Payment of the amount of $2,000.00 Cash. Then I had to request a refund, the refund was processed by March 29, 2025.I understand requesting a Refund would not be immediate, as they have regulations; but it's just not professional to make someone wait 30 days for their money, as they don't know the dire monetary situation that client is in right now. I have called them every day, with only 1 response, and have visited them various time for them to act as if I am on the way and tell me they had not call me yet. I have been very polite over the phone, and during visits, but I am no longer willing to seek my money directly with them, hence this complaint.Would appreciate any diligence in this matter.       I gave a deposit on an RV and they will not return it. They said we own and RV that we only put a 1000 down on only to find it had not only air conditioning issues but electrical issues. We asked for our money back and the sales manager was extremely rude and said they were keeping it to pay for repairs we had done. So they were going to not fix the issues if someone else bought it. They are not a good company. That is not ok to just keep someones money when we are not buying the *** I want my money back and they said they are refusing. ******** customer service and not good PR for that **********************.

      Mislead to bring camper over for consignment. I told the person that kept contacting me not interested multiple times. All documented in Messenger and they continued to pursue with follow up messages offering "no cost to you" then they charged me a hidden inspection fee after I brought the camper over. They claim to have an authorization form signed, which I have never seen before. I asked for clarification of which documents would be needed when I bring the camper over and I was given a list that did not include this form.I've attempted to speak with management, but this place is shady and lying to customers. I contest my signature. It looks nothing like my signature. They claim multiple documents were all signed at the exact same time down to the second in their log.I have a feeling I'm not the only person this company has done this too. The 1st manger Will, actually tried to lie and say they did not know the person that contacted me over messenger to bring the camper to them. Extremely shady person. Please help me get my $ back. I picked the camper up last Friday and it was filthy. Mold all over it and inside was full of sand. My camper was new and under warranty when I brought it to them after they offered a selling price higher than what I was selling on marketplace. I think this company targets people like me to bring them in a rip them off with this so called fee. They jack the prices up so high to where it will not sell and then try trick you into an extremely low offer.

      4/01/2025 my over 80 year old parents purchased an rv from this company and it was delivered with water damaged rotten floors. My parents only stayed in it one night and had breathing problems. I found damaged flooring between 2 slideouts and then used a moisture meter and found damage thru out this rv. The dealer will not respond to our calls and knew this unit was damaged when they sold it to them. I have been calling trying to get them to buy it back with no luck at all. Spoke to ******* at #************ who is higher up in the chain of command with no help at all. Please help my elderly parents who have been taken advantage of by this horrible company.       Purchased a new, leftover 2024 ******* River ******** Puma for $44,000 on March 28, 2025 for our family to live in while my husband travels for work. We got the unit home and parked it., didnt even open the slides since it was so late in the evening. The next day we set up and started bringing stuff in. That night we realized many problems. we had zero water pressure so it was very hard to shower water leaking from shower into hallway the floor is soft and creaks in front of kitchen sink (this was noted on both walk throughs) black tank was full from the lot could not level until I reached out to optimum and they had a tech come to my property that day. He had no idea what was going on so he looked at some stuff then left. I called and had to go to higher up and spoke to a manager named ****, they wanted us to pay for a new water pump in a 2 day old unit!!! I said absolutely not. Then wanted me to pay for a tech to come out$200+ an hour. Nope, they sent a tech and he fixed my water pump. I called with more issues..no water pressure, floor still soft and creaking and slide messed up. Said Id get a call back and of today April 10, ******************************************** to get this resolved. I would like to mention that ****** the salesman, and *** the tech that came out the second time were absolutely amazing and helpful. Anybody else Ive had contact with and Ive talked to every manager there.. wanted to down play the situation and make me feel as if this was all operator error I wholeheartedly regret walking away from the unit I really wanted with another dealer and purchasing this unit from optimum RV. I should not be having to deal with these kind of issues on a brand new unit.

      Purchased Timberwolf 16ml on January 9, 2025. Delivered from ***** to Florida. The ** is good as new. I love it. Though I am still waiting for the title and the keys to the outside lock boxes. I have made numerous calls and emails about this. It's always taking a message and will call you back. Nobody seems to have an answer. They get paid to do the job, but I have to keep calling them to do the job. I am still waiting for the title and keys to the outside boxes with no answer.

      On 1/18/25 I paid $6975 down payment for an ** purchase and was told the ** would be ready for pick up in two weeks. I still do not have any **, the dealership has reported an 8k open line of credit in my name that I owe but have no product or money, they are refusing to do business with me and refusing to close the loan account and refuse to refund my money. Theyve also ran my credit a second time on 2/21 without authorization.

      this is an extremely sugar coated version of the events and makes it sound like the blame is on me.  I was never told I was ORDERING a unit, had to fight many times to get a reply from the business, never signed papers on 2/20 when I was in the business offices to have my credit run, in fact I told three employees they did not have permission to run my credit and those three employees told me they would not be doing so.  I was blatantly lied to numerous times and the refund that I received initially bounced out of my bank account and had to reissued by Optimum RV.  Other people need to know how this business operates, lets not just sweep this under the rug because they eventually gave my money back after over a month!

      My money might have finally been returned to me but the damage done to my credit is now 68 points due to the Optimum RV opening a credit card and maxing it out under false pretenses.  I now have to spend more of my time and energy to correct the problems caused by employee of Optimum RV and this should be know to other potential customers.  

      The stress and anxiety Ive endured is astonishing and its not even close to over yet.   My opportunity to purchase from anyone else is ruined due to the unethical and deceptive practices of this dealership and I am not going to just say sure yes, we can drop this
