      My husband and I stopped by the new Jensen Beach showroom this past weekend and it was a great experience. I finally got the Tiki-Hut outdoor kitchen I always wanted!

      Went to the Boca Raton store to check out their outdoor kitchens that I’m going to have installed in the near future. The sales associate was so helpful. I was quite impressed by the knowledge he had with the products that they sold. Another plus, was they are not pushy on getting a sale. He answered all my questions that I had. Will definitely be purchasing my outdoor kitchen from them.

      Paradise Grills is definitely the best place to go if you are looking for an outdoor kitchen, the prices are pretty competitive but the quality is out of this world, we visit the Wellington location and Luis leon was our sales person, he give us a class of what we need and work best for us, so once again luis thank you very much for all your help you deserve a 10 stars review.

      Franco at Paradise Grills-UTC Gallery is absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly knowledgable & patient and helped us create the dream backyard! I wouldn't use anybody else & highly recommend his friendly expertise!

      Excellent products and service. Rick helped us design the perfect set and layout for us. Delivery was smooth and timely. Our local store is located in Boynton Beach, a beautiful showroom.

      I’ve purchased 2 different paradise grill sets for 2 houses and love them! I’ve worked exclusively with Jonathan Maresca and he’s been great! We couldn’t actually get to the showroom on this last purchase so he face-timed us through everything and gave us the deal we were looking for. Customer service could not have been better and the grill itself is the best value in the industry. I would never purchase from anyone else but Jon and the Paradise Grill team. Thank you!

      I ordered a grill island from Paradise Grills on a Friday and asked them to not process the order until I verified the dimensions and layout on Monday. I called them on Monday to inform them that the space would only accomodate a 9'6' island, not a 10' as ordered. They informed me the following Friday that they could change the order and remove the fridge or change the drink station to the sink, but they would not change the price. Hence, I would have to pay the full price for a 10' foot island and receive a 9' island. I was referred to the Area Manager, who's voice mail box is full and has not returned my call. The store manager says she is 'a busy lady' and I should not expect a return call. He has stated she will call me, but she has failed to do so for over a week. I have placed the charge in dispute and am seeking a full refund of the 50% down payment.
