      My wife and I were on vacation from Alaska . We decided to stop at Paradise grill in Fort Lauderdale. All I can say is Wow ! The showroom was beautiful and Joe the manager was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. I wish I could install one in my home in Fairbanks . If I lived in Florida I would have bought one on the spot . Such a beautiful product.

      I bought my Tahiti a little over a year ago and let me tell you! First, I want to say the store people are great, but their hands are tied when it comes to any problems you may encounter. Corporate is the issue here. They will do anything to get out of warranty issues and claims. I know for a fact that the positive reviews you see are mostly employee generated and required by the company weekly. I have had several quality issues since spending 40k at one of their Georgia locations. Had the reviews been actual at the time I would have bought elsewhere. When delivered the crew assembled the kitchen very poorly and I have to purchase screws and bolts after the fact to address the issue. Why did I sign off on delivery you might ask, they did not finish until 11PM and it was way too dark in my backyard to see anything. The store did come out and fix the lights they were not working at all. Now a little over a year old. The grill inside lights flickers and most of the time don't work at all, The Tahiti totem poles will require sealing 2 times a year as they fade terribly. The grill grate welds have come apart on the grill, The wine cooler has failed completely, One of the leveling feet on the bottom collapsed under the counter's weight, One of the LED strips failed again, The outside cabinet is just raw stucco and really requires a coat of paint to be resilient outside. Paradise should either stand behind their product for a few years for the amount of money or offer some type of service plan. Also don't let them fool you on the appliances, They are white label Chinese built junk and good luck finding replacement part anywhere. They are smart to have built their kitchens with such and odd size opening as you will have a very hard time finding replacements outside of buying from them again. I am exploring an FTC lawsuit because I feel I was misled by the fake reviews.

      Very nice showroom. It had a great presentation of what is available. Prices are good in comparison to building a custom kitchen. Staff was helpful in explaining all the differences of products and why the cost differences. I haven't bought yet, but I will from the PGA location when I do.

      I went to the new Wesley Chapel showroom at Paradise Grills. I spoke to a very nice and informative lady named Yoshi regarding getting an outdoor kitchen. I probably went back at least 4 times before purchasing. Each time Yoshi was so patient with me and thorough throughout all the steps. I appreciate all the time she took with me. It was such an enjoyable process and I scheduled installation of my new outdoor kitchen to be just a few weeks away. I'm so excited and grateful, thank you!

      We are beyond thrilled with our Paradise Grill Outdoor Kitchen/Tiki Hut. I am sorry I can't post a picture because it is beautiful. Everything is top quality. We worked with Jon at 600 Ocoee Business Parkway in Orlando. He was great at helping us fit the perfect Tahiti Series to perfectly fit our tropical backyard. We were so happy with the entire process from the sales to the delivery and install by Simon and the tech support over the phone when we forgot how to sync the sound system with our phone. The tech support lady even called me on her cell to video chat so she could see what I was looking at. I'd 100 percent recommend Paradise Grills in Orlando. Give Jon Birkett a call! We did the entire sale over the phone and never even went into the showroom. He's that good!

      I’m extremely happy with my new outdoor kitchen, this company has a lot of options and they are all good! Prices are reasonable but the quality is exceptional, Luis leon at the Wellington store was the one that guided me, he definitely knows the product and also he helped me to choose the best unit for my space so thank you again Luis! You are the man..
